Fast delivery and competitive prices on a Shaw's Belfast sink and Perrin & Rowe taps

Quick delivery of a product I was unable to source elsewhere. Good prices too, although I did see the item cheaper at another retailer, they didn't seem to have it, and seemed reluctant to get. Glad I tried this company

This amazing company got me out of trouble after being let down by another supplier. We were in need of a Belfast sink quickly and they managed to get the sink on a 48 hour delivery and it turned up in 24hours. No other company offered this service. After ordering the sink we then realised that we had ordered the wrong colour drain kit, not a problem Tim sorted this out straight away and got the correct item sent straight to us.

The service they supplied is second to none and we will be straight back here in the future!

Excellent local company. I ordered a blanco tap and changed my mind twice! Tim was amazing, he returned them without fuss and had an alternative in stock for me to collect straight away. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

I will definitely give a thumb up for inderketchen. I have ordered a blanco sink from them. It is very nice quality. the delivery is very fast. Even the delivery is missing the rails for the sink, I have spoken with Tim, who is very nice and delivery the rail for me on time.

Customer service from this Company is excellent.
Their prices are very competitive hence the reason I choose them. We had a damaged sink but with no hesitation a replacement came within days.
I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Website great and the prices are very competitive. I placed an order on the 7th April but was emailed on 12th of April to say the order has been processed but I may have to wait for the item to come back into stock 4 to 6 weeks.
Why can’t they show it out of sock on the website before you have paid for your order. I have contacted them and they have reassured a full refund.

As with other customers, I have been impressed by Inderkitchens service. The prices are very competitive and we were delighted with the tap we bought. A part was missing, however, but Inderkitchen responded quickly and we received the missing part the next day at no extra cost. Fantastic service thank you.

I cannot speak highly enough about the customer service and helpfulness I experienced when purchasing from Inderkitchen. Despite ordering a wrong sized sink(my own fault entirely) it was collected and exchanged within days.
Quick to answer emails and so nice to deal with a real human being. Also nice ABBA tracks to singalong to on the phone.... But that's another story.

Brilliant service I ordered a Blanco kitchen tap, and it was cheaper than most on the market but the difference was delivery time, I received mine in 2 days had I gone elsewhere it was 6 weeks delivery.

The correct goods were delivered by a very polite and helpful delivery driver in good condition and with the extras we had ordered.
Nearly all this was done off the website at a competitive price. Therefore customer service part has nothing really to take off, nor to justify 5 * but seems wrong to penalise.

Great service, called up to check stock and my sink arrived the next day, straightforward and good communication.

Good experience. Ordered a waste kit having tried another company first and had a bad experienece with that other company. Inderkitchen were the cheapest. Inderkitchen kept me fully updated and I recieved the part quicker than was originally stated. They use a professional delivery agent through whom I was able to coordinate the delivery and the arrived part very well packaged.
