My fitting was perfect

Great experience at Inddus! The clothing quality is excellent, the designs are absolutely beautiful, and the sizes fit perfectly. The customer service was very helpful and responsive, and delivery was incredibly fast through FedEx. The only downside is that you cannot return items once the order is placed. However, because the quality and sizing are so accurate, I am very happy with my purchase and still highly recommend this store!

Quality is not good and also they are charging custom tax on us. They charged $20 for shipping and on top of that I had to pay $46 for FedEx Custom tax. But the purchase worth was $90, for which I had to pay more than half of amount for others. Then finally the cloth quality is not so great for the money that they are selling. Bad experience!!

This was my first order from your website, and unfortunately it will also be my last.

I placed my order on 16 August, but I did not receive it until 7 September. The shipping process was extremely delayed, and the communication throughout the process was frustrating and disappointing.

For a first-time customer, this experience was far from what I expected. I hope you improve your shipping process and customer service, because this level of delay is not acceptable.

Arrived within 2 weeks which is pretty fast for overseas shipping. The dresses were designed as pictured. Quality was good, a couple loose threads but nothing that took away from the dresses overall look. I love the dresses and will come back here for more occasions!

The quality is fantastic and fit is amazing.
The only error I had was I followed the UK size while I ordered which had a size difference so if you are ordering do check your size properly as mentioned. Prompt and Excellent customer service.

The product arrived in time.
Material and embroidery was similar to
Pictures.
The custom duty paid in Canadian $ was equivalent to the pice of the outfits and the conversion to American dollars tripled the actual price of the outfits.

Products are beautiful and same as the pictures.

The colour of the saree and the blouse has nothing to do with each other, they are completely different, this is not what was expected from the picture or anyone with common sense. It has to be match or a complementary colour and its neither.

The size was not matching at all.
The tops I ordered was xl but they could only fit children

I liked the outfits. All of them fit me well and material is good. I just need to make minor alterations to the length of the outfits. Also, some thread was coming out from one of the buttons (but that is a small matter). I wish that all 3 sets that i ordered came with the pant/salwar. Only 1 set had the salwar. It would have been better if all 3 had it (just like the images). The process of receiving the items was quite stressful. I had to phone Aramex multiple times to enquire about the status of the shipment. I almost thought i would not receive it at all. After so much of probing, it finally arrived yesterday. Hope Inddus would look into the gaps mentioned to improve further. Thank you
