Easy setup and well organized. The dashboard is very helpful. Reviewers are responsive and complete reviews timely.

It didn't take long for the whole process to receive a reviews.

I was lured in by the promise of free credits for two reviews if I signed up. After joining, I discovered the credits weren’t enough to secure any reviewers. I was never told beforehand that I would have to bid for reviews. I paid for additional credits to increase my chances, but after two months of waiting and with my deadline approaching, I placed all my credits on the listing and received only one reviewer. Thanks.

Is not what I expected

They took my money and won’t refund me. Beware

I appreciate the reviews, I wish I could get more but funds do not allow for this right now.

They got the reviews as agreed. Most of the reviewers took the time to write well-thought-out comments.

I had two reviews posted on Amazon fairly quickly. Too quickly. They were both generic and clearly AI written. One was little more than a scrape of the book's blurb. I cancelled the campaign and have written off the relatively small cost. Won't be doing this again.

I recieved many honest, indepth and thoughtful reviews. A couple reviews did not seem to like the content of my Memoir and the reviews reflected their opinion. Overall the 4.8 reviews was worth it and I would use this service again.

Support is severly lacking.

I had a review posted from another book for another author. It's been almost a month and the issue is yet to be resoveld. I had to get Goodreads to take it downseparatel.

Original reviews came pretty quick, but basically wasted 60 creadits on a non review. Unsure if this is something I would try in the future.

I don't even know what you do. I think this has something to do with book reviews. If so, I believe I paid for some special but have yet to receive any sort of confirmation much less a review.

Smooth process

One of my reviews was never posted online and when I contacted customer service, they never even bothered to respond. I have been waiting 2 weeks now. What a joke.

I received two reviews, both of which were clearly AI generated. I investigated other reviews by the same reviewers and they were also clearly AI generated. In fact I discovered a whole bunch of recently created Goodreads accounts pushing out AI reviews, I suspect many driven by Increlo. When I reported one of my reviews on their system as being AI my account was suspended. I have been ghosted by them since. People who are reporting this service as being 5 star simply haven't worked out what is going on and are grateful for what appear to be very complimentary reviews provided at a relatively low cost.

Increlo is a predatory operation that deceives indie authors, takes their money, and vanishes when held accountable.

1. Misleading Location & Credentials They list themselves on Trustpilot as a US-based company, but their actual operations run out of Edmonton, Alberta. They actively mask their location to avoid accountability.

2. Non-Delivery & Refusal to Refund I canceled my transaction ($29.87) immediately after realizing what they actually do. They pocketed the payment, failed to deliver any legitimate service, and completely ghosted all refund requests. I have been forced to file formal disputes through my financial institutions and banking regulators just to recover basic funds.

3. Major Threat to KDP Accounts Their core business model centers on incentivized reviews and paid engagement schemes. These practices directly violate Amazon’s Terms of Service regarding customer review manipulation. Using Increlo places independent authors in immediate danger of having their reviews wiped or their KDP publishing accounts permanently terminated.

They operate with deceptive business practices, non-existent customer support, and complete disregard for author safety. Avoid Increlo at all costs.

I contacted Increlo twice with important questions regarding their policies and how they relate to Amazon. After submitting my first inquiry, the only email I received said:

“Submitted. We’ll pick up your ticket soon.”

But no one ever followed up or answered my questions. I contacted them a second time and still received no response.

When a service involves promoting or marketing books on Amazon, authors need to know whether what they’re paying for complies with Amazon’s policies. I wasn’t asking an unreasonable question. I simply wanted clarification before putting my books or Amazon account at risk.

After reaching out twice and receiving no actual response, I’m extremely disappointed with their customer service. One star.

I'll be honest, I was a little skeptical. With being a newly published non fiction author, I've been inundated with all sort of "magic" claims. I decided to try this and only use the free 100 credits to see what if anything would happen. Well, it only took a couple of days, and I actually received 2 reviews. Both positive (5 stars) with one even adding a minor critique. Definitely a worthwhile experience.

For the most part, the promise was fulfilled. My one issue is the alternative reviews that don't post anywhere. I mean, thanks for the dopamine hit but what I'm paying for is exposure, and a review no one sees is not what I paid for.
