I thought about this a lot since this is our ONLY low-rate review, but I couldn't think about anyone since I (Mo) take all the calls and have recordings of them to reference later.
Also, we NEVER had a client unsatisfied with the video quality, so you're DEFINITELY not a client and can't complain about the quality of videos not being what we promised on a call.
You're most likely a competitor who wants to ruin our reputation and get our new clients, but that's not going to work. I hope you can find another way to improve instead of ruining others' reputations.
