Tip meld het bij de bank deze partij bankiert bij een duitse bank. stel een mail op dat je bent opgelicht en mail deze naar de afdeling compliance. hopelijk zegt de bank dan de samenwerking op. uiteindelijk zijn er geen banken meer waar je zaken mee kunt doen hopelijk stopt deze oplichting dan eindelijk.

So I placed an order and got an email of confirmed order, then two weeks go by without any follow up on shipping or tracking number or anything.
I write to their customer support chat and asking if it has even been shipped yet and get an (what I assume) is an automated message saying that they are working on getting all orders out because of a high volume of orders, could be legit since it's a month before halloween so I let it pass.
Another week goes by without any email about as much as a tracking number so I once again go to their chat and asks what's going on and get a reponse saying that "it is on it's way" and when I ask for a tracking number to be sent to my email he just sends me a mobile screenshot of the tracking number and route of the package in the chat...I ask "to send it to my email" and he says that they will send it in a couple of days...three days later I get my order, it works just fine as advertised but I never get a single email about any updates on the order while it's shipping.
But I can see in his screenshot that this is sent from China and not from the UK so this is obviously not an official seller of this product I assume, but I got my order and it works fine so it's good in the end after all, but their customer service is absolutly horrible.

"My boss will fire me if you leave negative review"
"My wife won't let me home without a job"
Not recieved my order, no follow up, not answering emails nor MP on social networks. Looks like a scam
Fake company. Took £53 from me. Tried to order a fire wand for my son for Christmas. Fake website, fake emails. Reported company and their IP address to the police.
