Overpriced and overhyped
Overpriced and overhyped - the dresses are average quality and have really awful fitting. I'm a UK 12, yet the large size dresses are very snug on me and don't fit well at all. I think they only make them for super slim women, as few of the designs are larger than 'large size'. On top of that, customer service is awful - my sister ordered a number of hijabs over 3 weeks ago - no products, no email, no apology. After trying to contact them multiple times (and tweeting them repeatedly) they finally replied today to say that the products are out of stock (even though we know people who ordered the same hijabs in this time and got their deliveries) and all they can offer for compensation is a £15 credit note. Considering everything on their website is over priced, £15 would barely get you a hijab. Absolute disappointment, I'll never be ordering from them again and I advise everyone else to steer clear too - you can get much nicer designs at a fraction of the price at Whitechapel market!!

so looking at everyone else's reviews i now feel like I'm not the only one.
i have seen this brand being hyped up by everyone on social media so i thought why not give it a try?
ordered once and won't ever order again, that's all i have to say.
looking at the website they had some lovely clothes. i had ordered three items and i sent back two items. i didn't like the material they had used for the clothes and they just didn't sit right on me. so i decided to return for a refund. sent my package back after paying for it and didn't get no refund.

I placed an order of £115, not suitable so returned. It's been 3 weeks since returning my parcel, no refund, no reply to my emails, no replies to my tweets. They do not even answer their phone calls. Very annoyed, do not order from them!!

Fraud
My wife bought her dress from this company about a month ago. The parcel was left outside while it was raining. Then the item that they have sent was wrong size. We have returned it via recorded next day delivery. Its been 3 weeks and no refund has been made and they didn't even apologise for their drivers petulance act. Still waiting for the refund. Never ordering again!!

Very bad experience
Very bad experience. No customer service at all, no one rely to emails. Sizes are incredibly inconsistent. One dress I ordered had a large hole on a side seam, another one have threads out just after 2 day of wear. Very unprofessional and incompetent company. Shouldn't be allowed to sell anything at all. Very sad, because the quality of fabric and designs are good.

I am updating my previous review . I end up getting my refund after i despute it and make a claim on paybal . Anf after faxing documents and follow up with my bank filling forms . Thank god somebody recived the items otherwise it will be lost and loose your money . Inayah will never answer you back you need to deal with bank and always pay with payball....... Just want to let you know. I still believe they should be hosnst and refund money once they receive the items ...

Absolutely horrid service. Item did not fit well. Tacky fabric! Took 5 months to get refund! Had to chase them up so many times via email! They never answer phone calls. Only got a refund after threatening to take legal action! Do not buy from these scams

2. Terrible communication with customers. I returned my item 3 weeks ago and have been attempting to email and call them but they have not been answering. Terrible to see a company that claims to provide "islamic" wear acting so unprofessionally when other "non-islamic" companies are so much more reliable. Will not purchase anything from here again.

customer service doesn't exist. It's awful you the customer have to get in contact them for your refund or exchange you have to chase them untii you receive it. They will never contact you. It's very sad really cause I've bought a good few items from them that I'm very please with but not having a customer service lets the company down big time.they never answer their phone or email you back this has happened to me twice now and my friend too.

Had to return an item as it didnt look the same colour as shown in the edited photos. Its been 3 weeks since the item was sent and still no refund! They have denied even receiving it! pathetic service. who are they kidding?! I have returned item through royal mail so many times and never heard that an item hasnt been received! Avoid!!! Shop from other london based abaya companies like aab etc. AVOID!

The quality of the clothes are good however if you think you may change your mind and need a refund- don't bother with Inayah. I'm genuinely really disappointed with their service.

Quality good but i am experiencing return now .. it seems it is going to be a long journey already no refund no money credit . No contact number in usa . No answering in uk . E mails answered by automated email telling you wait 3 days just to answer . I will give another week chance then i will file a law suit against them . For me this is no game even if i have to spent out of my pocket . Muslim should be honst ... i will keep you updated . Reviwes shows that they dont refund money they recieve items and dont refund .. Lets wait and see ...

I would give no star if I could! Disgraceful
I've been a loyal customer, their clothing quality was previously good, not worth the money but I just get stuck on one place to shop. Anyway God forbid, one should return something, taking me months to get my money back, PayPal claim, several emails later and still waiting. Can't express enough how disgraceful, unprofessional and incompetent the customer service team are. Not shopping there again, too much work to return something. Avoid.

Everything was exactly as desired
I ordered one dress shirt, one hijab cap (drawstring), and one supersoft hijab. Everything was exactly as described and, in fact, the shirt and the hijab exceeded my expectations. The items arrived on time (to the United States), with no damage during shipping, and, when I had a customer service question about online tracking, the team answered me quickly and promptly. All the items are beautiful and were a great deal (they were on sale). Could not be happier :-)

Just perfect
Super fast delivery. Excellent quality scarves, beautiful colors, great material (I ordered the crepe scarves which provide the perfect balance between light and stretchy). The standard size is wide and long so you get plenty of coverage. Colors are a bit dimmer than in the pictures on the website, and I'm missing some nice patterned scarves--all I could find are plain-colored ones.
I should mention I haven't ordered any clothes from them or had to deal with customer care. So my review only relates to the scarves.

Fast delivery, but a bit poor quality of clothes
The delivery was fast, with the thought in mind, that it should be send to Denmark. But i must admit that the quality of most of the clothes is a bit disappointing.

Extremely Poor Customer Service
The website has inaccurate product details and customer service is almost nonexistent. NO follow up or follow through when promised a refund, nor do they answer emails with complete information. Only way to get customer service attention is to post on their Instagram or Facebook accounts to bring attention to your order/issues. Received my order in unacceptable condition and NOT as pictured or described on website. I tried to research to find other customer reviews and only found blogger reviews. I'm skeptical about blogger reviews as they might have been paid or given free items in return for the review. I did notice they are quick to delete comments and feedback from their social media accounts, leaving a consumer to think they are a reputable business. Only form of contact listed is through their website or email; there is no contact number listed anywhere and you never receive a complete detailed email reply. Avoid them and shop elsewhere to avoid heartache!
