We bought some Inaba Chura Bites for our cats.

The first packet was mouldy and so we sent an email to the company to complain, but never received any response.

We will never touch their o products again and their customer service is non-existent.

Useless!

Absolute scam. Made an order but never received. Countless attempts to contact through online chat, email, etc and nothing. Avoid buying from these scammers. Wouldn't be surprised if the trust pilot reviews they have shown on their website are fake.

Do not buy from them. Order didn’t arrive and they don’t respond to emails.
They’ve created label at fedex but it wasn’t even shipped. Will be asking my bank to deal with this and will report this company as a scammer.

My cat absolutely loves these!!! Way better than webbox and Sheba cat yogurts!! Freeze a churu and you have a super tasty cat friendly icecream!! 10/10 couldn’t recommend more!!

We were introduced to Churu through Instagram and we ordered a few bits and my cat is in LOVE with them. My cat loves Churu and I normally buy in bulk them when I go home (Japan). With lockdowns and travel restrictions I’m not sure when I can visit Japan. I had to carefully ration Churu I had at home but I was super delighted when I found out they are sold here in the UK, too. Price was rather high, but when I saw Buy One Get One Free offer recently, I knew I had to get them for my cat. He was super happy when I showed him 14 packs of Churu. Thanks for speedy service, too. May I ask Inabafoods to consider bulk purchase plan to make it economical for customers?

Our girls rarely feel the need to climb me to get to food, but they do for Inaba's treats!!! The desperate meows while I'm getting the treats out are so cute but sad XD.
There have been no bad poops when I tried them with these, unlike some other treats, and they really seem to enjoy them. If our girls are happy then I'm happy. Plus I'm a sucker for Japanese stuff, so when I heard Churu's were coming to the UK finally I was very happy, and so are our girls. 💖 Meimi132

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service! Firstly they tell me the order has been dispatched in spite of no proof of such. The tracking app says that they have not yet received the package. Then they refuse to respond to emails or phone messages.

Fantastic, I've ordered from Japan before but great to have these available in the UK. My cats are very happy and adore most flavours, especially the tuna. I'll be ordering regularly.

I came across Inabafoods on Instagram via an advert. I had heard about the cat treats as it is well known in Japan and it makes cats go crazy so I was so excited to see that Inabafoods were selling them. I went on their website and enquired if it was suitable for my kitten. I received a response back within a couple of days and the lovely person also sent samples for my kitten to try. And of course my kitten loved it! I placed my first order after a couple of days ordered 5 packs each. Now my kitten meows for it everyday and I will order more today as I'm low of it!
The amazing customer service also makes me keep ordering more too!

My cat goes mad for Churu, I have to put them in a sealed box now so she doesn’t help herself!

My cat likes her treats... but she *really* goes nuts over Inaba Churus. I have to be really strict and limit her to just one or two tubes (usually as a night-time snack) or she'd be begging for Churus all the time! She gobbles it up so fast that I was worried she'd take in too much air eating from the tube, so I tend to squeeze the paste onto the back of my hand, and let her lick it off there.

The online ordering is extremely easy, customer service queries are answered very quickly, and delivery is prompt. The price is a bit on the high side (hence my need to keep it strictly rationed) but it's worth it to have a treat that my cat considers a *real* treat!
