This company is really bad the owner is not a good person at all and also paid 2100 and did not deliver my items.

I'm surprised the company is even verified, I had the worst experience with them. I didn't get the bed I ordered I had wanted a bed with drawers which they didn't send and they did not provide the mattress I paid for. I ended up having to buy a mattress else where.

Phonecalls and messages being neglected when I tried to rectify the mistake. Poor excuse of a company.

Was a bit hesitant after reading a fake review about the bed not being delivered but I’ve had an amazing experience with this company! My beds arrived 3 days after I placed an order with them and the delivery was great. Would definitely recommend as the beds are durable and I am a repeat customer who recommends to family and friends.

Great experience with this company, ordered 3 beds and was very transparent all the way through the sale. Beds that have come are 100% spot on, would highly recommend to anyone that’s in the market to buy beds.

Update again. Was promised delivery on Tuesday had a message on Monday. Told it was with the “courier team” no communication Tuesday the 7th of November still not sorted!!!

Update still nothing sorted.
Waited around all day on the 26th of October no delivery a couple of messages apologising for the inconvenience. Promised it would be Saturday the 29th today m. And surprise surprise no delivery. Seriously avoid this company. I have now asked for a refund that I doubt I’ll get off of them as this has been over 2 weeks still not sorted. Avoid avoid avoid. Please share this review with anyone who is thinking of using this company.

Poor customer service.
Sent a bed out mattress not rolled so could not get it up stairs. No ottoman lift for the bed.
Stupidly paid full amount upfront on promise that the mattress will be delivered. It has not been delivered or any response from them in 7 days.

Delivery drivers were really good and helpful. Credit to an absolutely shocking business.

Seriously try elsewhere hoping to change this review if these con artist actually drop off the missing mattress, ottoman bed lift and correct feet for the bed.

More than happy to share message thread with anyone as soon as they had money they are clearly not interested.

Do the correct thing guys and sort or give me my money back.

Bought a double bed with ottoman storage & mattress, really nice bed, well made, sturdy, we paid extra for the set up too which was quick, super happy would use again.

The deluxe ottoman bed which I orderded was a solid base. Love the quality and good service Would definitely recommend to all my family and friends and anyone else.
