Today was the second time this company Did Not Show up for an appointment (out of 2 attempts). They are a waste of time. The slight positive this time was that the engineer did text me (20 mins after the end of the booking) to say he would arrive in another hour.

Today (because of the previous DNS) I called inside the 2 hour arrival window to check what was happening "They are just wrapping up previous job and are only 7 mins from you" - so clearing the call centre make things up.

We have had problems communicating with our smart meter since installation. Octopus Energy initiated a complaintwhich has carried on for almost a year.

Due to reasons I am not party to, IMServe sent an engineer to attend to the problem. Out of the 4 visits over the next few months Ashley Turton dutifully turned up in all his high vis gear always punctual and on time on three of those occasions.
Each time he was told to do things which didn't quite accord with my expectations but, Ashley always gave plausable reasons why he couldn't do what Octopus had asked for.
Finally, after further discussions with Octopus, Ashley arrived with the correct meter. Half an hour later he'd fitted the new 3 ph. AMR meter.
He never complained about anything and showed loyalty and self discipline whilst getting on with the job. Thank you.

Unable to get an appointment to remove a meter. When I did get one, no one turned up, excuse was the engineer was on annual leave. The property is not occupied, so I have to make a special trip there, wasting my day. I was verbally told another date, but no confirmation and no engineer. I've been trying to get the meter removed for 6 months now. Two days wasted, hours on the phone. Energy company finally have someone trying to help, but still getting nowhere fast.
