I received this week a payout from Impakt regarding a previous loan I had with Amigo.
I had originally made a claim 2 years ago to no avail. Impakt got in touch to say they had a settlement. I had some concerns about them, given some bad reviews on here, but true to their word they paid out - minus their fee.
Thank you to the team and their patience with my questioning!

I thought I would chance my arm and put in a claim with Impakt and was thoroughly impressed by how they took me seriously from the get go. They were empathetic to my situation and helped me get compensation after being given an irresponsible loan. I thought that was the end of things, however, these wonderful people kept fighting my case and after the company in question had to compensate many other customers, I received a further settlement! I cannot recommend them enough!

Used this company to claim my refund from amigo loans years ago. Recently they contacted me saying I could be owed more money, which it turned out I was. All sorted for me and money I wouldn’t have had otherwise.

Impakt have have helped me get over £2000 on my vanquis card balance reduced £1600 back in cash from 118 and nearly £8000 from Aqua. I would definitely recommend them

Impakt are a very friendly helpful company. Always responded to questions etc. I can't fault them I had given up on my claims of which I had a couple but Impakt claims didn't give up and kept me informed always So thank you. I would have no hesitation to recommend Impakt claims They are definitely good at what they do

This company has to be avoided,they didn't do anything for me,I dealt with my own claim and rejected the offer of £23 compensation. They accepted it and tried to give me a refund of £13.72! Take note of the reviews here and avoid!
Update # more lies from impakt claims,You took £5 off the £17 awarded then lied you paid the full amount.keep the lot ,you obviously need it more than I do.

I can’t thank Impakt claims enough I lost big sum of money to scammers and I had no hope of getting back anything but then I saw the advertisement of Impakt claim I contacted them they listened to me very careful and with patiently Tom’s team is great they always updated me whenever there was any sort of progress please contact them they are very professional and will help you again I am very thankful to them
