Excellent service and expect the unexpected
I had a loan with loans2go a while back, I never expected anything from it but it was a nothing to lose kind of thing. However I had been told I would get just over £1,600 back, the fees wasn't too bad either for dealing with my case. This money will be put to good use and couldn't of come at a better time. Thanks Sophie at impakt claims.

Excellent company
Didn’t really think I’d end up getting anything back when I first did my claim but in just 3 weeks I received an email telling me I’d been successful ! A very pleasant surprise ! Great company, quick and efficient!

Great team
Great team, great service.
Filled out the forms, great communication throughout, lender rejected the claim initially but impakt took it further to the ombudsman who agreed with our case.
Settled and paid, a nice bonus for the summer.

Within 8 weeks for I received a refund…
Within 8 weeks for I received a refund just shy of £1200 into my bank account immediately after the case was won. This was all done over the telephone with Jo and they notified me immediately. Every step of the way was communicated clearly and this has brought justice for the trap the high lending interest lenders get you in. All balances were paid but interest portion was extortionate and got that part refunded back. If you’re in the same situation please claim today and get yourself out of the capitalisation trap they put hard working people in. Claim your freedom with this company highly recommend ❤️

Waste of time ask for unobtainable documents no one can get unless you keep your bank statements from 9 years ago just spend months wasting your time
As to the reply you said it was rejected and if I couldn’t provide the bank statements from 9 years ago then you couldn’t proceed, no one has bank statements that far back in time, and the bank don’t keep a record that long

Hi Dan, we are disappointed to get this review. We did significant work on escalating your claim to the Financial Ombudsman free of charge. When the Ombudsman asked for extra information we followed up by asking you if you wanted to provide this. You could have just told us you did not want to proceed but we did not hear from you.

Impakt team are very helpful and do their best to manage the refund process as easily as possible.
My claim had issues and I have had to do some chasing myself but this is more so related to the lender in question.
The team will do their best to get the refunds and fast as possible.

Fabulous company
Fabulous company. I received a payout much larger than I thought I would get. They are great with keeping in contact and update as soon as they get any update. So helpful and thankful to them for pushing me to go ahead with it after it was declined at first or I wouldn’t have got the payout I did.
