I' ve had a great experince with Impact London.The staff are professional, friendly and always willing to help.They communicate clearly and respond quickly whenever you need support.Everyting was well-organized and done on time,which made the whole process stress-free.I highly recommend Impact London to anyone looking for reliable and efficient service.

The company that runs the Stratford branch are complicit in selling a service that falls short of their claims. Firstly their consultant Sophie , contacts you repeatedly to sign up. Leaving out the small detail that you are signing up for monthly subscriptions. Then the lessons are not explained and children sit for 2 hours copying code from the board without any explanation. Then you are charged a monthly subscription for 3 sessions. The service is far below standard and a miss selling of a product. Do not waste your money find a reputable coding club for your child to learn core skills that will help them in their education. Do not give this company your card details as they will take unauthorised payments from your account .

The school accidentally charged me twice for lessons back in April, and I’ve had no luck getting a refund. They told me they can’t do anything about it because it was an automatic payment from three months ago (which doesn’t really make sense to me). The only option they gave me was to take another four lessons which I feel kind of forced into, since they already have my money. Honestly, I’m really disappointed. My son had been enjoying the online lessons, but after this, I don’t feel like I can trust them to teach him anymore.

Impact Academies in London is an amazing
IT school for juniors! The curriculum is engaging and well-structured, the instructors are highly skilled and great with kids, and the hands-on learning approach inspires a real love for technology. Highly recommend!
