So as I'm 48 y.o. I've had ample experience working with several renowned employment agencies throughout the years. None of them stood out negatively nor positively. They were all ok. Recently though for the very first time I stepped into the Hasselt office of Impact where immediately I felt the very professional attitude while maintaining the personal feeling of valuing me as a employee. Extremely good at showing interest and asking questions, going above and beyond to make sure everything was going as agreed, the day before, the first day and the second day, end of the week etc!! and if I was feeling good about the new job and people. Absolutely the very best, by a mile. Can't recommend them highly enough. Excellent team. Congratulations!

geholpen door jenny ,ze is super eerlijk,komt haar afspraken na (terugbellen etc)en doet haar werk met passie.na 2 telefoontjes had ze al 2 potentiële werkgevers gevonden voor mij.

they offered to give me a job right away and if i would miss anything they would immediately tell me how and where to get it (papers or licenses) so i would get that job..!!

Unbelievably very, very, very fast! They found me a job within 24 hours and I start work tomorrow.

There's absolute chaos in their offices! I've been mislead on numerous occasions while I was working for them. After I stopped working for them it's been 2 months and I still haven't been paid for my last days of work nor I got my deposit refunded for the house.

They gaslight you when you first start then once you're there working for a while everything starts going downhill.

Dit uitzendbureau is totaal zinloos, het vertegenwoordigt geen professionaliteit. De werknemers liegen, bedriegen en buiten uit. Het is tijdverspilling om met zulke mensen om te gaan die alleen maar van mensen kunnen stelen.

Son attention à mes besoins et sa diligence m'ont permis de trouver un travail qui correspond parfaitement à mes attentes. Je recommande vivement Yanna Holemans pour son professionnalisme exceptionnel.

Lors de ma recherche d’emploi, j’ai créé un compte en ligne et postulé à une offre en ligne, le lay out très bien réalisé vous donne confiance en la société, malheureusement après 4 mois d’attente, 2 mails de suivi envoyés, aucun suivi ou contact, d’ailleurs l’annonce toujours en statut analyse de la candidature. Donc pour moi, ce n’est pas sérieux, le recrutement doit donner autant d’importance aux clients de l’agence qu’aux candidatures entrantes pour l’offre. Je ne recommande pas.

Les postes qui m'ont étés proposés étaient tous intéressants pour une multitude de raisons différentes (position géographique, épanouissement professionnel...).

Tous les échanges que j'ai eu avec le groupe Impact ainsi que Chiara étaits clair, concis et par-dessus tout vraiment agréables.

Opinie pozytywne które są tutaj udzielone to w większości opinie napisane przez samych pracowników pod przymusem szefostwa lub "pań" zarządzających gdzieś z gównego biura. Potyranie ludźmi. Nie będę już szczegółowo opisywał doświadczenia z nimi ale w skrócie, zaczyna się od wspaniałych stawek uzgadnianych z "rekruterkami" w polskim biurze, po przyjeździe na miejsce do belgii dowiaduje się od koordynatora że jednak nie będzie tak kolorowo jak to przedstawiali przez telefon. Następnie po kontakcie z panią rekruterką okazuje się że stawka jest jednak niższa, później zaczyna się odbijanie piłeczki po innych kobietach z biura w Belgii. Później dostajesz ostrzeżenie i karę za nieumycie patelni przed wyjściem do pracy w środku tygodnia. Nie wiem jak nisko się cenią szefowie w impact na dodatek zatrudniając ludzi pokroju Kingi polaczkowej która jest kompletnie bezduszną osobą i traktuje ludzi jak rękawiczki które można wyrzucić z mieszkania z dnia na dzień. Ale karma wraca.

Je ne recomande pas Impact, la pire enterprise de travaille temporaire en Belgique, en comparasion avec 3 autres que jai travaille.
Plans de problemes avec les payments, plusieurs erreur, ces tu ne fait pas attention tu te fait avoir.
Il ont fait un faux contract, parceque ils ont fait en erreur et pour pas payer des amendes, il mont mis a contract de mardi a samedi et pas de lundi a vendredi.
Cest une enttreprise a la quelle ont peux pas faire de confiance, il ne respect pas leur compromis et parole.
