Leadership Coaching
Immanuel leadership coaching is unique in a way as he doesn't start the sessions with all the tools and techniques for a successful leader (these are extensively covered in later sessions) but he starts with how our mindset can be trained to be more positive and have the self belief that we can achieve anything. He consistently follows up with our deliverables to make sure we get the full benefits of his knowledge and expertise.

I met Immanuel at a very critical juncture in my professional life when a growth opportunity for a mid-senior leadership position was upcoming but I wasn't ready and confident to apply and go through the process.
After few brief sessions, I joined the 3 month leadership program where Immanuel consistently shaped my mindset, improved my confidence level and prepared myself to join the race for internal promotion.
Not only did i get promoted, but i also enhanced my presentation and public speaking skills through practice and coaching during the one to one sessions with Immanuel.
The weekly classes of the program is where we were taught communication, leadership, team management and many more with real world examples.
As far as my research on personal development and leadership coaching goes, this is probably the most unique program with a very personalized and meticulous approach.
Without a doubt I would recommend Immanuel's coaching program to anybody going who is struggling with their personal growth and are ready to dedicate their time and money towards it.

From my experience... this course was a transformative journey of self-discovery, offering a unique blend of group and one-on-one sessions. It goes beyond theory, focusing on practical skills like communication, motivation, and conflict management through techniques like NLP. Ideal for leaders at all levels and those looking to build a strong personal brand.

It's my transition from employee to entrepreneurship. I realised that ,I may be a perfect employee but to run own organisation I should understand and upgrade my self. After reasonable hunt I got connected with Emmanuel. My journey for that 3 plus months had been a great eye opener and getting my reality check.
Emmanuel had been dealing with more than 6 members at each group , but the type of customisation for each was beyond expectations.
Getting my gaps mapped was the most critical aspect which he did seamlessly and assisted me to improve my thought process.
I am sure of my progress today and got my improvement checklist which is work in progress.

I’ve recently completed the Immanuel Williams Leadership & communication training course that lasted for over two months. It’s been a phenomenal experience. I work in O&G industry as Executive Director for finance & cost control and have recently switched jobs to progress further in my career. My objective was to reshape and upgrade myself in terms of leadership qualities. I was looking for an inspirational mentor and leader to walk through the journey with me during the transition, and I came across Immanuel Williams. IW sessions have been phenomenal. The sessions have a two-dimensional approach. Group coaching and One-to-one. Both are exceptionally good and have their own benefits. Group coaching allowed a lot of engaging conversations, sharing real life experiences on several scenarios. One-to-one coaching was very effective, given the nature of certain topics that one would like to discuss on a one-on-one basis. Today I have a far better understanding of leadership and business communication skills. Immanuel has this tremendous ability to explain concepts, through his real-life experiences both at the workplace as well as at home. To pick a few interesting topics, ‘self-talk’, how subconscious mind works, how do we rewire ourselves effectively in no matter of time, a deeper understanding of emotional intelligence, behavioral competency and four pillars of happiness – health, wealth, relationship, and career, were all very useful to me. Having the right type of mentor in our lives can help us open our eyes to choices and possibilities that have not yet developed in our own minds. Immanuel has a charismatic personality and at the same he is very humble, empathetic and knowledgeable.

I did the 3 months leadership course with him and I consider it to be one of the best investments I have done on my career in recent times. He has a two fold approach to this coaching-
1) Weeknd classes- where we learn leadership, communication, coaching , conflict management etc. Good balance of theory as well as real life experiences. Very important topics if you are exploring to step into a leadership role.

2) One to one classes- These classes helped us to work on ourselves..develop our confidence and overcome our weaknesses. Immanuel would give us tools that help us to change ourselves from within. These sessions are is extremely important for transformative changes.

This approach used by Immanuel is unlike any other coaching courses I have come across. Most recommended for those who are looking for a mentor who want to bring out their best and maximize their potential.
