iMark Infotech Pvt

Another scam company—plenty of verbal promises, but no real action. Because of IMark, I lost a customer I had been working with for over two years. They take no responsibility for the damage they caused. They promised to refund my funds, but more than two weeks have passed and they have completely disappeared.

This company is simply beyond belief. Even after my previous negative review and requests not to email me, they are still sending my emails from their Gmail scout accounts. Simply shocking, unprofessional company.

I’ve had a great experience working with iMark over multiple campaigns. As an SEO specialist and marketer myself, I’m very particular about who I partner with — and iMark has consistently proven to be professional, reliable, and easy to work with.

Their communication and reporting are what stand out most. They provide clear updates, explain progress in a way that actually makes sense, and are always responsive when I have questions or want to adjust strategy. I’ve seen measurable improvements across my campaigns, including increased keyword rankings, organic traffic, and overall business growth.

What I appreciate most is that they truly feel like an extension of my own team. They’re easy to talk to, receptive to feedback, and take the time to understand and execute on my goals rather than pushing a one-size-fits-all approach.

I’ve worked with iMark on several campaigns over the years and plan to continue working with them moving forward. I’m happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a professional SEO team that values communication, transparency, and results.

I've worked with iMark for almost a year and a half and they have been fantastic! The entire team is so polite, knowledgable, organized, and professional. They've been instrumental in helping me deliver results for my SEO and website development clients, as well as my clients running PPC and social media ads, and more. I would recommend them to any agency looking for a trusted partner!

I worked with iMark Infotech from September to November 2025. My experience was very poor, and the work delivered fell far below the standards I expected from a professional SEO provider. Below is a factual summary of what occurred. I have full screenshots, WHOIS records, and documentation available if required.

1. Backlinks Provided Showed Concerning, Low-Quality Patterns

When reviewing the backlink sheet supplied by iMark, I discovered:

Multiple backlink domains were all registered on the exact same date and time

Several websites used the same author photo but under different author names

Some domains appeared to exist purely for link selling or placement

Many backlinks were Web 2.0s, profile links or irrelevant sites with no relation to education or tutoring

These issues were evidenced with screenshots, which I have retained.

2. Reporting Was Inconsistent and Often Misleading

During the engagement:

Reports highlighted increases in total ranking keywords, but these were mainly informational blog terms, not the commercial keywords I hired them to improve

There was no meaningful improvement on priority terms such as A Level Maths Revision Course

Several reports contained broken links, incorrect files or irrelevant data

In one case, a link sent to me pointed to content about “808 golf carts” — completely unrelated to my business

All reporting discrepancies are documented.

3. Missed Commitments and Unreliable Communication

Examples include:

A promised update on 30th October was never provided

Multiple documents sent did not match what was described

Several questions required repeated follow-up to get clarification

Some backlinks they said were placed did not load or pointed to incorrect content

These issues are all recorded in my screenshots.

4. Issues Were Avoided Rather Than Addressed

When I raised the problems — with screenshots and timestamps — the replies consistently avoided the specifics.

Responses included:

Requests to “jump on a call” rather than provide written answers

General reassurances that “things will improve”

Offers of a free extra month

Claims that my findings were “interpretations,” despite objective evidence

At no point did iMark explain the duplicate author photos, the domain registration patterns, or the low-quality backlink sources.

5. Refund Request Refused Despite Clear Documentation

After realising the nature of the work delivered, I ended the engagement and requested a refund.

Despite:

Providing evidence

Highlighting missed commitments

Documenting the backlink issues

Demonstrating reporting inconsistencies

…the refund was refused on the grounds of “policy,” and I was again offered a free month instead of a professional resolution.

Conclusion

This review reflects my direct experience with iMark Infotech from September to November 2025.
All points above are supported by screenshots and documentation which I have retained.

Based on the work delivered, the lack of transparency, and the refusal to address factual issues, I cannot recommend iMark Infotech for SEO services.

This company is great! I am blown away by the communication. Thanks for all that you do!

My name is Danny and I run a digital marketing agency.
I started working with iMark after ten years in this field. I was skeptical at first because I worked with many agencies and freelancers before. Some were fine, but none gave me clear tracking, clear processes, or proper documentation. Conversations faded, agreements were forgotten, and the work lacked transparency.

Other times I paid for services that were never delivered. I even had freelancers who damaged my online reputation or produced poor work. I was disappointed many times, so when iMark contacted me, I was honest and said I was skeptical. The person on the call said, today is your lucky day. He turned out to be right.

I can only recommend iMark to any agency or business owner. As my client list grew, I no longer had time to manage every campaign myself. Instead of letting quality drop, I outsourced the work to iMark so I could focus on growth.

They now manage the tasks while I handle strategy and client relationships.

They reply fast. We communicate daily through their Basecamp dashboard. Everything is clear, documented, and easy to track.

The team executes every task exactly as requested. If something needs a change, they adjust straight away and fix it without delay. They work with precision and speed, and their rates are very competitive.

iMark has become my support team. I trust them with my projects because the results are consistent and the workflow is organised. I can log into the dashboard at any time, check progress, review completed tasks, or update instructions.

This gives me more time, less stress, and full confidence that the work is being handled to a high standard.

I recommend iMark Infotech to anyone who wants reliable delivery, clear communication, and a process that is simple to manage. They helped me scale my agency without losing control of quality.

This review is a honest reflection of their work. If you are skeptical as i was, give them a shot, 1-2 months and you will thank me later.

For confidentiality reasons i am not mentioning the name of my agency.

Good luck,
Danny

iMark handles our SEO and has done an amazing job. We’re a small law firm that had tried multiple SEO companies over the years with little to no results. Within the first six months of working with iMark, our website traffic increased significantly, our Google rankings improved for our most competitive keywords, and we started getting consistent high-quality leads directly from organic search.

Their team is responsive, transparent, and genuinely invested in our success — they take the time to explain what they’re doing and why it matters. From optimizing our site speed and backlinks to improving our local SEO and Google Business Profile, every step has been strategic and measurable.

We’ve never had this level of visibility online before, and the growth has made a real impact on our firm. I can’t recommend iMark enough for any law firm looking to finally see real SEO results.

They work well with my company, ProActiv Prevention Handyman Maintenance Company. They go over and above and they continue to work on our SEO to make it better. They are knowledgable so I'm happy with the services I am getting. I been with them since 2023

Great! I have been working with Geetika and team for long and they have provided good service. Highly recommended.

I liked my experience with this company so far. They demonstrate a structured and professional approach towards our SEO campaign. I can clearly see the efforts being put into the campaign which hopefully will result in the desired outcomes. Communication is smooth and fast, and support is at a great level. I highly recommend them.

Kanika, our manager was AMAZING to work with. She was always theres to answer questions, and we saw significant growth in our web traffic working with her and her team. I have no complaints at all. Their team cares about your business success like it is their own.

I’ve been working with Imark for around 5 years now, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the very beginning, their team has been professional, transparent, and genuinely invested in helping my business grow online.

A special mention to my project manager, Simranjeet, who has been absolutely fantastic. She always takes the time to check in with me, explain what the team is working on, and make sure I fully understand each step of the process. I really appreciate how proactive she is with updates and how she always makes me feel supported and informed.

Thanks to Imark and Simranjeet’s dedication, I’ve seen noticeable improvements in my rankings, traffic, and overall online presence. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and results-driven SEO company.

Excellent service! They were professional, responsive and knowledgeable. Very good to work with with. Highlky recommend them!

I have worked in the internet marketing industry for 20+ years. Having worked with a number of agencies, I can honestly say that iMark has been able to provide the highest results for our clients. I highly recommend them.

The team were very helpful and friendly. I saw improvements in my SEO ratings almost immediately and believe this is where iMark Invotech excel.
I didn't like the communication methods they used, where I was copied into every bit of correspondence, even between team members - I told them that this was not only unnecessary but downright confusing.
I also found their backlink work to be largely AI based, with little - or in some cases - no regard to what my actual offer was. I had to get amendments made and generic AI pics removed, as these were so not my vibe.
I believe they offer decent value for money but their work does need monitoring until they understand what is and is not acceptable to you, the client.

Ashutosh is the reason we stayed at this agency. We have had moments of criticism but he has done the right thing to resolve challenges. Therfore a recommendation from us.

Great service and communication. Improved my SEO results consistently over time.

The iMark Infotech team has done a tremendous job from day one of ever working together. From countless SEO, Paid Advertising, and Website projects, they have always delivered and excelled! I am proud to partner with them on my own agency and on many client projects. If you are looking for any digital marketing solution, from a team full of experts to deliver, look no further. Kalash and Shubam have both been instrumental in the success of my agency. I can't thank them enough! They will forever be my go-to for any needs in digital marketing.

IMark Infotech has provided a very responsive and effective team to help my small business build SEO. They have gone above and beyond to attend to our needs during our time together. I highly recommend them!
