I didn't like the communication methods they used, where I was copied into every bit of correspondence, even between team members - I told them that this was not only unnecessary but downright confusing.
I also found their backlink work to be largely AI based, with little - or in some cases - no regard to what my actual offer was. I had to get amendments made and generic AI pics removed, as these were so not my vibe.
I believe they offer decent value for money but their work does need monitoring until they understand what is and is not acceptable to you, the client.
