Good product and very arranging people, thanks

Imaphotic products are high quality, but there is a slight lack of communication. Despite everything, we solved our problem and were able to communicate. I would like to thank the Imaphotic company for their help and service, and also thank them for the gift.

The website provides a UK mobile which would lead you to believe this is a UK based company which it is clearly not. Shipping fees are a compete rip off. The trousers arrived after about 8 weeks and one trouser leg not stitched properly. Emailed them to advise and never received a response! Found identical trousers on Ali Express for £13 and free delivery just waiting for them to arrive. Do not recommend this company at all!!!!

I loved my hakama pants from Imaphotic and honestly they didnt disapoint at all.. The delivery came way faster than I was thinking and the quality is just so good :)

I placed an order with Imaphotic and paid a ridiculous amount for express shipping (5–7 business days) because I urgently needed the items. It has now been 8 business days, and I have neither received the items, a shipping confirmation nor any update on the status of my order.

Charging such high shipping fees for a service that is not delivered is, in my opinion, unacceptable and misleading. The complete lack of communication and tracking – especially in a time-sensitive situation – is incredibly frustrating.

For now, I’m giving 2 stars. If the product quality also turns out to be poor, I will downgrade this review and share my experience across other platforms as well.

Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend this shop.

Non existent customer service. They ship from China so the customs cost are really expensive, and if you want to return you have to pay a lot for the shipping back. I tried to contact them about the return but no answer. Really expensive polyester clothes that are cheap feeling and the sizes does not correspond to normal sizes. XL is around Small or Medium.

After they responded to this trustpilot review, I tried contact them again about the status of my return. I have now waited 1 month for them to answer, but I will have to accept that my money is gone and will keep the review as 1 star.

It's true that I have given low ratings on most of my reviews on trustpilot, but all of them is because the company cased a quite bad experience with loss of money or similar which is important to bring up to other buyers who wants to buy from these companies.

The pants and shorts are perfect . Just as they where discribed waterresistan and fast drying .

Honestly though this was gonna be a scam, I found some reindee lusion pants on this site for like 90 euro's cheaper than other site's like Uniden.

Shipping took some time (~1-1.5 months) and it got delivered in enshadower packaging (which made me worry that maybe I was scammed) but I got exactly what I ordered. You can pay via paypal so even if I were to get scammed I could just refund it easily.

Quality feels really good, happy with my purchase :)

After being bugged for days to write a review, I’m finally writing the review. I ordered an item for a Christmas gift and then I got an email saying it was out of stock but if I’d like to, I could wait until it was back in stock or cancel my order. I decided to wait. Days later, I was notified I got refunded for my order. I was upset about this so I reached out to ask why I got refunded. Someone from the company said there was a problem during processing but they were still going to ship me the item. It took a while but I finally got the item. Good experience though.

well, I ordered two Nosucism pants They came really fast and with good quality, very helpful customer service. Highly recommended !!!
