At first I was a bit dubious dealing with an interstate company with a lot of money.
But in honesty. the person I dealt with crossed the T's and dotted the "i". They bent over backwards to make it all happen and everything was sent in an email clearly showing every detail discussed

Wonderful experience with firstly Todd then Jay in organising our Cunard cruise of the Queen Victoria. For both, their attention to detail, their assistance with a glitch on my part, their empathy and assistance, not only initially but with further queries since our booking was made and now confirmed. All details, flight & accommodation confirmation numbers were included, so that I could check everything, and all in order. The itinerary was easy to read and individual confirmation numbers for the different suppliers were clear and easily accessible. If our holiday is as trouble free as our booking experience then we will certainly be more than delighted. Many thanks for a very happy and positive interaction through this process.
