Great products, but extremely poor service.
I bought a €90 serum, but the pump stopped working after just three weeks.
Unfortunately, I no longer have the order number, so they said there’s nothing they can do.

Helaas vind ik de nieuwe zonnecrème die ipv PREVENTION+ Daily Ultimate Protection Moisturizer SPF 50 gelanceerd is, een grote teleurstelling! Waarom ook in plaats van dat snap ik niet. Ze hebben totaal andere structuur en gevoel op het gezicht. Ik vind het erg spijtig want vond de vorige zonnecrème echt een top product. Ze hebben helaas een klant verloren.
SHRINKFLATION... KRIMPFLATIE...
Hetzelfde product, leuk een nieuwe verpakking denk je... en dan zie dat er gewoon bijna een KWART minder product wordt geleverd!!!
Klaar met die krimpflatie, Voor mij dan geen image skincare daily prevention 50spf. Van 91 gram naar 73gram. :(
I am a long time user of the daily matte moisturizer with spf 30. I was disappointed that Image has discontinued this product but decided to try another as I have previously been so happy with the product. I purchased Daily Prevention Sheer matte spf 30 from the company online. This product was very different, much thicker, with a "sheer" tint that is made for white people and it leaves a cast that cannot be removed. I had to rewash my face to get it off.
I contacted customer service via chat to say that this didn't work, nor did it deliver as promised. Experience was fine and I was instructed to return it for refund, sent a bar code and instructions. I returned only to be informed that they will not accept the return because the product had been opened. I was clear in why I was unhappy in the chat. This is terrible customer service. If you are purchasing something you know, then fine, but stay away from anything new unless you know you're going to love it or have money to burn.
