Delighted with the customer service from this company. Our pool got into trouble during high winds when we were emptying it a few weeks ago! Several of the poles bent but I was able to re order the necessary parts and was delighted to receive everything in a few days exactly as I ordered. Well done Leisure for a fantastic product and after sales service.

This is the only website for spare parts for my size trampoline. I have been trying to replace the mat for 2 months now since it ripped. I emailed the company to find out an estimated time they might get stock in, I have been lied to continuously. Being told the stock is in next week, and next week on and on. No stock has updated on the site. I have checked multiple times everyday. Also signed up for the automatic email stock updates and nothing. So incredibly frustrating, I needed it fixed before a birthday party and now due to their constant lying I’m left with a broken trampoline and not enough time to replace the whole thing…. Awful customer service.

Original parts not available but they helped out with alternative and fitted trampoline well.

Dont ever buy off these .... They sold us a faulty not fit for purpose trampoline. The Mat has ripped and all the springs have stretched. I have informed them that it is broken and they have been promising me for 5 weeks that they were sending replacements out. Still nothing and 2 unhappy children. Don't waste your money, it started to break the month after we got it but didn't think after 12 months it would be fit for the bin. Horrendous products and horrendous company to deal with

Really great to see a firm providing spares for equipment and at such a good price. Also really impressed that you can buy a set of springs or just individual ones as needed.

Really reasonable prices delivery and quick too. I've quite a bit of kit that need upkeep and always think of iLeasure first.

So bought 2 new parts, GOT DELIVERED NEXT DAY - it a joke
Two days later got Emailed, saying they will replace the parts if I can give them the postcode.
I emailed - Explaining that I bought two new parts already so please can you refund me the money (keep the delivery cost)
NO REPLY YET - month now

I recently ordered a part for my trampoline and wanted to ensure it was the correct item, as the description included "(new model)". I called to confirm and had the pleasure of speaking with Pavlina, who was very professional and knowledgeable. She kindly asked me to email pictures of the parts I needed to replace and patiently stayed on the line while I did so. She then explained that my trampoline was actually the older version, which was replaced by Argos a year after I purchased it. As a considerate gesture, she kindly sent me all the other parts free of charge. The kindness and excellent service I received truly made a positive impression on me. I will gladly recommend this company to anyone with a trampoline and will turn to them for any future replacements. I truly appreciate Pavlina's help—it brightened my day. It would be 10 star if I could give that!
