I have read some negative reviews recently regarding iKegger. I am at a loss to understand how they could be rated so badly. I have been buying equipment from them for over three years and have had nothing but terrific service from them. If there has been an issue with an order it was always been rectified in a prompt and friendly manner. Their people are helpful and friendly to the extreme. One of the main reasons I buy from iKegger is the quality of the products and recently, the innovation they are showing by introducing products they have designed themselves, that can't be bought anywhere else.
Honestly, if you are in the market for the type of product iKegger sell, give them a go. One of the conditions of reviews on Trustpilot is that the reviews must be based on genuine personal experience. I'm not sure this is the case with some of these reviews.

At Christmas 2023 I ordered a large package that was missing some items. I contacted iKegger to complain. The iKegger people immediately sent my missing items from the cart to the Post Office. They are also very forthcoming in advice and helpful knowledge. They have been proven, on all occasions since, to be very trustworthy and openly honest. The reason for the missing items was the Christmas Rush, and human error. We all make mistakes, they fix theirs.

Love it. I have 2 of the double insulated 5l kegs and one stainless steel 5l. Have the commercial keg adaptor to fill my ikegger kegs with the valve attachment aswell. I have the party keg hose. Have the attachments to attach a soda stream gas line. Bottom line is I love ikegger. Instead of carrying a esky for a afternoon at the beach full of ice and drinks I only need to fill my kegs with beer in one and maybe a cocktail in the other. Ten times lighter and easier.

Great, innovative products, fair price and really helpful service

I have bought stuff from these guys for years and the service and quality of goods has been top notch. If I have had a questions, Dave or Oner have been able to answer it usually within 24 hours. I have never had an issue with any of their products and have bought several items from their store as well as items launched through Kickstarter. If looking for something that relates to home brewing, this is where I start.

iKegger products and service are second to none. I have multiple products from them, and considering I live in Western Australia, the speed of delivery and packing of the products are robust and nothing is damaged.
The team at iKegger do everything they can to make the consumer experience as best as possible.
