Bad service at the store, WORSE after purchanse.DO NOT BUY HERE DO NOT BUY
We have live in EU, UAE, INDIA and KSA. IKEA KSA is a totally different experience for the WORSE. I lost my faith in the brand.
1. On the shop there is no one available to help. If you see some staff they are wandering around doing their things and i needed to walk half the shop to find someone to help. In addition there were other customers so after findng someone I had to wait for 20 minutes to get my service done.
2. They guy told me that the delivery would be 5-7 days,( it was 24th april) and he made my pay and go and in the reciepe I got the delivery date was for 10 days later. I asked him and he told me: "busy days,it will be delivered the 4th of may " I accepted and paid at the counter.
3. On 4th May NO ONE CAME, NO ONE CALL NOTHING.
4. Me and my husband called the support phone multiple times, ( like 10 times) most of the times they say: not english, we will call you to your number after 10/20min. They never called, sometime they say. No english call later.
5. We went to the shop and they told us: do not call to CS, they do not know things and they do nothing, come here better. ( great to see the know inside that the have a useless CS center)
6. In the shop they treated us better and confirmed the delivery for 15th May. and said it was an issue of availability and their team missed to call us.
7. 15th May is here and NOONE FROM IKEA CONTACTED, NO ONE CALLED, CS DOES NOT KNOW ENGLISH AND I SEND EMAILS AND THEY DO NOT REPLY!
It does not worth the suffering to buy in IKEA, your thinghs may never come or come with 2weeks or month delay and they will not even contact you. Go to other home supplier in the Kingdon because this one does not deserve the cost!
