Omprakash has been in touch with me since beginning asking lots of questions trying to understand my accomodation needs with respect to budget, zipcode and any household services required. He has a very network and study of available houses and also drove me and my wife around to look all the available apartments in person. He also provides any insights he might have about the community/area of the apartment. He was very polite and easy to work with and easy to reach on call.

We worked with Ria from IKAN as we moved our family (including three children under 6) from the United States to Bangalore. Ria was the perfect professional and guide. She helped us think through our preferences and needs, negotiating on our behalf to get our top picks. When we arrived back in October, she provided clear updates on finalizing the lease and helped us get through initial setup. The overall flow of the trip was good. The team was punctual and guided me well. The vehicle allocated was in good condition and the driver was very professional and followed safe driving.
