Nach 35 Mails wurde endlich als Rücksendeadresse Amsterdam angegeben und nach 3 Telefonaten mit dem Zahldienst Klarna (übrigens 5* sehr zuvorkommend und engagiert), wurde mein offener Betrag ausgebucht. Offenbar ist die Retoure angekommen, das Tracking funktionierte nur bis zur Grenze der Niederlande. Die Retourekosten beliefen sich auf 1/3 des Preises des bestellten Schmuckstückes. Ende gut, endlich gut ! Dies aber nur, weil die Bestellung NICHT IM VORAUS BEZAHLT WURDE !

Do not buy from this online retailer. The item I received did not look anything like the item in the photo on their website, instead it was a very badly made, cheap copy.
This company is misleading customers which is fraud. Be warned, you won't be able to get a refund either.

Based in Amsterdam, not USA as implied.
Bought a ring that didn't fit. They waited ages to reply then offered a % discount,as Chinese companies do, if I kept the ring.
Kept ignoring my request for a return address, postage has to be paid by customer...further delays so found business address in Amsterdam.
Sent it back by royal mail...no refund made. Nothing but delay tactics and delinal of receiving the ring. Since new year still no refund. Wish I'd read trust pilot before ordering. Totally dishonest. Had it been in UK could have contacted trading standards.
Have since found the A.C.M. Government site in the Netherlands and made a formal complaint. Got immediate acknowledgement and my case will be investigated. Suggest other customers do the same .

Wie wollen retournieren. Leider wird die Anfrage nach der Adresse für die Retoure nicht beantwortet. Wenn dann eine Antwort kommt, ist es der Versuch die Ware gegen einen weiteren Discount zu behalten.

I wish I would've seen the reviews before I ordered. I got an empty package, and have been trying to get my money back for months now. I got promised a refund by customer service, but I never received it. I have everything documented, in case anyone needs proof of what went down.
I will cut my losses, and tell everyone to please never order from that shop.

Paid £45 for the item. Returned the item with the tracking another £10. Delivered and signed for so I know it’s returned, provided all this info and still no refund.
8 emails later asking where my money is just to be ignored.
So upset and disappointed beyond measure. Phone number for them goes straight to voicemail.

Very poor customer service and extremely disappointing experience.

I purchased a bracelet, watch, and ring from IJ Jewellery (Wester Trading Company V.O.F., Netherlands) and contacted them multiple times within the return period to request a return and refund. Despite five follow-up emails, I have received no response at all.

The company lists clear business details (address in Amsterdam, VAT and Chamber of Commerce registration), yet makes no effort to reply to customers once payment has been taken. This level of silence is unprofessional and unacceptable.

Under EU consumer law, customers are entitled to return goods within the applicable cooling-off period. Ignoring legitimate return requests is not acceptable business practice.

I gave this company several chances to resolve the matter amicably, but the complete lack of communication leaves me no confidence whatsoever. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering, as after-sales support appears to be non-existent.

Finger weg. Angeblich 60 tägiges Rückgaberecht. Aber niemand antwortet auf Mails. Wahrscheinlich bekomme ich mein Geld nicht zurück. Das riecht nach Betrug.

Ich kann mich den Bewertungen meiner Vorgänger nur anschließen: Versand aus China (hat über Weihnachten 4 Wochen gedauert!), der Schmuck wirkt nicht sehr hochwertig, die Kommunikation mit dem Kundenservice ist grottig (Antwort dauert immer ca. 1 Woche). Hinzu kommt, dass ich nur das Armband erhalten habe, obwohl ich ein Set aus Halskette und Armband bestellt hatte. Das Problem ist bis heute ich gelöst (Bestellung erfolgte am 13.12.2025). Zum Glück konnte ich bei Klarna eine Zahlpause einlegen und das Problem melden, allerdings stellt sich der Kundenservice des Shops jetzt quer und behauptet, ich müsse bei Klarna das Problem erst als gelöst markieren, damit sie in ihrem System weitere Schritte einleiten können 🤣 – netter Versuch, aber da bleibe ich hartnäckig!

Nicht qualitativ wie angegeben. Kein vergoldetes Silber, nur billiger Modeschmuck. Ohrringe und Kette kamen erst nach drei Wochen total verbogen mit abgeblätteter Farbe an. Kette total verknotet. Keine Reaktion auf mehrmaliges anschreiben, den Schmuck zurück zunehmen und mir ein Retourenlabel zu zusenden.

Unschöne Waren direkt aus China versendet, Retoure bisher nicht möglich, da der Kundendienst nicht reagiert. Hier auf keinen Fall bestellen!

Two bracelets from my order did not arrive. The quality is extremely poor and definitely not as described. I have tried to contact customer services via the email address multiple times and had no response. The phone number does not work - it states on the website to contact via WhatsApp for a quick reply and the number is not registered on WhatsApp. When I rang the number it went to voicemail. Absolute rip off - do not purchase from this site

I ordered two opal bracelets at this store in November. After several weeks (well beyond christmas), the first package arrived and it is a total cam - glittering plastic perls. I am so disappointed. The other package has not arrived jet (January 11), costumer service does not respond. DO NOT ORDER!

Absoluter billig Schrott aus China. Zunächst mal wird nicht wie auf der Webseite angegeben aus Niederladen gesendet, sondern aus China. Die Kette hat mit dem Bild auf der Webseite nichts zu tun, sie sieht sehr billig und schlecht verarbeitet aus. Ich bin gespannt ob, die Rücksendung klappt, den anderen Bewertungen nach mache ich mir keine großen Hoffnungen.

Versendet nicht aus den Niederlanden sondern aus China, scheint nur billige Import-Ware zu sein, nie wieder …

Es wird vorgegeben, dass man bei einem Schmucklabel aus den Niederlanden bestellt. Aber man erhält Billig-Schmuck aus China. Die Verpackung ist noch mit dem chinesischen Sticker versehen und der Schmuck sieht sehr billig aus und fühlt sich auch so an. Bei den Rückgaberichtlinien ist angegeben, dass man aus Deutschland eine kostenlose Rücksendung vornehmen kann. Allerdings ist das eine Lüge und man muss selbst für die Rücksendung aufkommen. Dieses Unternehmen fake und hält nicht das, was es vorgibt.
