Be ready to receive a query in the first 1 week of resumption. This is a pattern, and a second query in the second week. This is to set the pace for your dismissal.
It’s not about you, and it has nothing to do with your performance. It a pattern where the company tries to dismiss you before 1 month of active work is over, just to hold on to your salary.
And then they post the same job position on LinkedIn, over and over again, using slight variations in the job title.
In my tenure, I witnessed 5 dismissals, within a work force of just 13 people. They call it restructuring, and I believed it, until I realized, that not less than 8 seasoned experts, had been hired to do the same job I was hired for, within the past 1 year.
When I was eventually fired, they had nothing to lose, I had worked with my laptop, worked with my phone, transported myself to their office, and they just held on to my pay, and made it look like, my offer letter was not even valid, and like I never worked for them.
Exploitative and unethical work place, run by people with little or no integrity.
