I qualified in September 2025 with the Professional Diploma in Nutrition & Health Coaching from IINH, and I honestly loved every minute of it.

The programme was mainly online, which worked really well, but I especially enjoyed the in-house cooking demonstration — it was such a highlight. Maggie is an incredible chef and a gifted teacher, and both she and Richard create such a warm, supportive learning environment.

They’re a very special team and run a truly wonderful programme. I would highly recommend it to anyone considering training in nutrition and health coaching.

After exploring several nutrition courses, I finally chose the Nutrition and Health Coaching course with the IINH, and it turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. IINH provides accurate, evidence based information on a wide range of health related topics. Along with this information skills on coaching are taught in order to work with clients after the course. I learnt so much personally but also now have skills to set up my own business too.

Having just completed the Nutrition and Health Coaching course with IINH, I couldn't be happier with my choice! The scope of learning is very comprehensive, and there is ample opportunity for practising coaching skills. I opted for the accelerated course which was quite fast-paced, but the teachers were fantastic and very supportive. I feel well equipped to start coaching paying clients - in fact, I have just launched my own practice in Dubai! I am also considering taking the IINH Nutrition Therapy course in a couple of years. I found the topics covered were very comprehensive but taught in a way that's easily accessible by even those who do not have a background in the area.
I found the podcasts really interesting and the Tutors that delivered the sessions knowledgeable and passionate about what they teach.
I have a much better understanding of what healthy living really means and how our choices in relation to what we eat are so important. As a mother, I now feel much better informed on how to ensure my kids have a really good wholesome diet setting them up for a healthier life.
The support I received was excellent with always a prompt response to any questions I had.
