I purchased two shirts on November 28,2025 as a Christmas gift for my grandson. I was told they would ship in 4 to 6 weeks; They were not so I checked their tracker and it claimed all orders would ship by the 27th of December. I found a tracking number UPS that stated that the shipping label had been created however they were waiting on the package. Then the designer company changed their information about shipping again and said items would ship by January 7th, now they’re saying items will ship by January 31st… 2 and a half months after purchase. However now the tracking number is no longer valid.
This company took my order in November, cashed and got the money on December 1,2025 without completing the order.
However they are scheduled to start another sale in 15days! In addition this company is supposedly giving out free gift per their social media accounts. This LLC company is taking money from customers trying to support their business.
Ihatestars, contact your customers waiting on those November orders, Question, has anyone really ever received anything from this LLC?
UPDATE!! PACKAGE ARRIVED MID FEBRUARY. ONLY ONE T SHIRT ARRIVED EVEN THOUGH I PAID FOR TWO! COMPANY NOT REPLYING TO MY EMAIL SO I’M allowing my bank to investigate them. This company is not a LLC AND ARE RUNNING A GAME ON THE PUBLIC!!

Bought an item in November, only after purchase was I informed it was a preorder. Was then told it would be shipped in 4 weeks, it wasn’t so I messaged their instagram. They responded with no real answer telling me to just look at the website which provided no order tracking of any kind. Then they said items would ship by January 7th, then now they’re saying items will ship by January 31st… 2 and a half months after purchase. Ridiculous and was not advertised when items were purchased
