Beware of the scamers.

★☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointing – Misleading and Faulty Product

I purchased two watches from iGoo-Mall that were advertised as being able to monitor blood sugar and other health stats. Unfortunately, they do not work as described.
• The batteries are useless – I fully charged the watches, left them unused by my bedside, and by morning they were completely flat.
• The health features don’t function properly – I specifically bought these to monitor my blood sugar (as advertised), but the readings don’t change whether the watch is on my wrist or not, which clearly shows it isn’t actually measuring anything.

I contacted customer service and explained the issue, but they’re asking for a video—even though the problem happens overnight while idle. It’s clear these watches are not fit for purpose.

I feel misled by the advertising and will now be requesting a chargeback from my credit card company. Avoid this seller if you’re expecting functional health monitoring devices.

Purchased 2 smart watches in the deal buy 1 get 1 half price for £59. They were advised as being a blood sugar monitor and heart rate and blood pressure monitor which is false as the readings are way out. It sends you to an app to download and to register you give your credit card details and states that no money will be taken. 3 days later a company called nevtrix.com tried to take £39.99 from my account which my bank refused. My bank informed me that my card was details were shared on the day I registered the app and nevtrix.com tried to take the money out of my account 3 days later. I have had to cancel my card. I informed Igoo.com of this and they just dismissed it.

The best advice i can give you is NEVER NEVER USE THIS SITE.
This is the worst company i have ever brought from.
If you have problems they will not answer.refunds they will not do.
Dont waste your money.

Order fulfilled - eventually. Pleased with product but too small a size so enquired about exchanging. No response to 3 emails (contact*onlinemall-vip.com; vipship*info-euconfirm.com) sent on 31 May, 3 & 6 June so then emailed service*igoo-mall.com today (10 June) but email flagged as "invalid recipient" so unable to get in touch at all.

The ad being shown on a popular video streaming site showing a smart watch that is too good to be true for the money you'll pay, why? The watch in the ad is a very hi-tech expensive Huawei Smart watch, which you won't get. In the ad the back of the clasp briefly shows the Huewei name branding, they quickly hide that from your view, you have to be quick to spot it. Avoid at all costs.

I fell for igoo's smart watch advertised all over youtube that bore very little resemblance to what was delivered outside of a vague similar aesthetic. Plastic, cheap, irritating strap, only holds a few hours charge, only allows limited and frankly rubbish faces for download. I haven't the energy to go back to them but I've had the watch less than a day and it's already in the bin as a bad choice.

Smartwatch purchased for GPB 39.00 - unbranded - and listed in the advert as "IP68 Rated" with also a following statement ""Waterproof ... Permanently waterproof". When used in a swimming pool - exactly in accordance with IP68 conditions for a 20 minute swim it stops working. The watch supplied was a Laxasfit GT4 Pro - Inside the box the instructions are written in a very small font, which I find impossible to read unless I use an 8x magnifying glass and then we I do read it it states from the company that made this watch although it complies with IP68 returns are not acceptable for water damage and it is not to be used in a swimming pool.

Definitely scam
I received the 2 watches nothing like the ones advertised both worked but did not have the functions on advert, that was a established make.
Have tried returning for refund no response.
Go on eBay far better quality watches for less than half of the cost.
I have kissed goodbye to £59.99

WHY WHY do FACEBOOK allow scams like this. Why don’t they check the company and product first and ensure what is advertised is WHAT you get

My emails to the return address on their website are being ignored so I can only assume this is a company to avoid at all costs. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. I am left with trousers that do not fit and the colour does not match the ones on their website.

Fraud! Sent cheap product, I am trying to contact them, but no response.

I fell for a scam! The watch advertised on YouTube is not what I received. Why does YouTube allow these scam artists to advertise on their platform?
I feel like an idiot!

This company that is allowed to advertise on You tube selling watches, are a total scam. I fell for this scam because I trusted You tube would vet their business sellers. I paid for two watches with my card and the money left my account immediately. However I never received anything at all and their email does not work, I emailed them four times and I get back a Chinese written email from a domain that shows my emails were bounced back. It is disgusting how increasingly we live in a nasty cowboy dystopian society that allows absurdity, exploitation and deceit to prevail. What are You Tube doing allowing scammers to peruse on their channel? These igoo mall do not have two stars either on here, no review has given them more than one star, and really it should be zero stars for theft & deceit.

I bought this watch from igoo-mall.com.
tried hard to pair it with my iPhone. it does not pair.
It is absolutely con .Waste of money.

I bought one of these watches advertised on you tube, an absolute con. Do not buy.

Igoo Mall Smart Watch - Not so smart £39 or $52 , SCAM SCAM SCAM RIP OFF RIP OFF RIP OFF You DO NOT receive the same watch with ALL the functions as in the ad ! YOU RECEIVE AN INFERIOR WATCH ! How does youtube allow such scammers to advertise . How do these cowboys sleep at night scamming the general public = work of the devil , Igoo Mall ..

YouTube needs to block these advertisements, these Chinese companies are putting out products and using computer generated voice overs advertising these products, from Glasses, watches, tools, electric appliances, they are scamming customers and it's sad seeing some comments from customers that have already been scammed, like these smart watches

YouTube should be held accountable for these advertisements that are nothing but scams and they pray on vulnerable people its outrageous.

Anyone reading this, these advertisements you see on YouTube videos (usually play before a video) with computer generated voices advertising "Ground breaking" technology like smart watches, reading glasses, electric items etc, plz plz plz avoid them, they are scams, they are nothing but Chinese companies that are putting out fake advertisements of Fake product's with Fake information, there not created by any industry leading experts, they haven't got the industry scared.

Its just a scam to get your money.

I ordered a watch from igoo mall. The watch did not perform as advertised. The battery charger is not working with the watch. The quality of the watch is very poor, far in contrast with what was advertised. There is no customer support service and there is no address or email where you can discuss. It is a ripoff. People like this should not be allowed to advertise on National Media.

Fraudsters
Advertise amazing products and supply junk. No comms. No refund facility. This is a scam.
