Overall a good service now that the new boiler has been installed. There was some issues regarding the original hearing system and some complications partly due to the survey and the communication or lack of!?
I had to replace 9 radiators and the Labour costs attached.

My boiler installation was carried out very professionally by Babar and his 2 assistants on completion of their work they cleaned up and tidied their work area and before I signed the contract of work carried out they explained how to operate the boiler in simple easy to understand terms. I was very impressed with the service I received and I would have no hesitation in recommending this workforce to friends family and colleagues.

Personally had a bad experience with ingni in regards to the eco..4 scheme. When I applied didn't explain that you just can't have a boiler without other insulation.. Got passed of to a company ingi use for the survey. Which was the most unprofessional survey going. Disrespectful of my home getting blinds trapped and stuck. No explanation of what they was doing couldn't answer my questions. In regards to the install told ingni of my experience they just said sorry they was no way helpful to resolve the situation.. Personally avoid.. No real customer care. They just out to get things fitted so they can make there money off the scheme#### just too add to your reply I told your survey company prior to the visit that I don't want loft insulation.And if this was the case not to come But there said OK that's fine we will do the survey anyway. And you won't need the loft insulation The survey guy on the the day. Also said u can just have the boiler. So again a company that's basically lieing to there customers. And as I quoted the way the survey went messing the house up getting blinds stuck standing on furniture because he bought no steps . And the surveyor even put my shoes on to go out side. All in I think I'm very lucky that the install didn't happen. If this proir phone calls and survey was anything to go buy. Very bad service.

I was quite sceptical about enquiring for a Free Boiler as I have always said "if it sounds to good to be true, it probably isn't true.
However, it was one of the best things I have ever done.
I filled a form giving my Email address and phone No. and was immediately contacted by IGNI who explained the protocol and asked questions to prove my eligibility.
They arranged for a surveyor, named Jay, the following day, and by the end of that evening received confirmation of my eligibility and agreed an installation date.
The contractor NRS Eco turned up on the agreed installation date, and were represented by 3 operatives. IBRAR, SHAM, and PARVAZ, and after agreeing the best way of installing the system, bearing in mind my original system was a System Boiler and I had opted for a new Combi Boiler.
It was a really big job and these 3 guys worked superbly well and I was so pleased I had this team.
They completed all the work, tested and demonstrated how the controls function, and signed off the documentation.
System working brilliantly.

Have actually found since they left - they've left loads of scrapes, mucky handprints on our walls near the loft spaces.

they do not care if you have no working boiler because my boiler is energy-efficient. working or not working. not bothered if you are housebound, the advertising-free boiler is misleading

One of the worst jobs an organisation had done to this property whilst I owned it.
I have a video of the insulation done at my property. If possible I can attach it for reference.
I have contacted IGNI no one wanted to take responsibility. I have been waiting for the longest while. I believe they just do not care because they have got that money from the government.
I will definitely find a way of getting to the body responsible for the grant in order to lodge a complaint.

The team that came round to to put a new boiler in they were hard working and they did the job to a high quality which I am appreciated for what they have done they mentioned to me about the old boiler but it was should have been condemned when he asked me why stop using it I said to the am I had a funny feeling about it that's why I haven't used it for over the year then he told me they should be condemned which I am appreciated for they asked me do I want them to take the old boiler away and they said bearing in mind the flu has asbestos in it I didn't want it flying around in my flat so I had ill health and they agreed with me without health and safety regulations

We don't usually leave reviews but the service that we received today was top class (5 stars)! From the boiler installation to the loft insulation, all the lads work so hard and let you know to progress along the way! Great service!

Just had loft insulation completed along with windows vents fitted. The insulation was completed in a professional manner and they cleaned up after them self. I can recommend IGNI. Just waiting now for the other works to start and will post a review once completed.

From first inquiry to installation the whole process was incredibly smooth. Igni sent a surveyor who explained in detail and was able to answer all my questions. The installation of a new boiler and loft installation was then approved and booked for 4days later! The installers were all fantastic. The loft installation team were really quick and even sorted a vent out in the bathroom. The boiler team worked incredibly hard all day to remove the old boiler from the kitchen and sort the gas line to where the new boiler was installed in the bathroom. They cleaned up all areas after the installation and even swept up outside.
The boiler is fantastic, really simple to use, energy efficient and a lot better than the previous ancient one. The entire team were very polite, respectful and incredibly helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and am very grateful. Thank you very much all involved:)

A group of very hard working and polite lads. Very professional finish to their insulation work and left my mums home without a trace that work had been taking place.

Excellent serviceflat IGNI. I had my survey and job done all within a month. Great bunch of boys working for them. Very happy with everything.

After my initial contact with IGNI they responded quickly by sending out a surveyor. He was able to answer all my questions. The installation was booked for about a week later. Paulo and team mate worked solidly for 10 hours to install my combi boiler. They were polite and helpful throughout. The whole service was easy from start to finish and FREE. I would recommend IGNI if you qualify for the Government boiler replacement scheme. Many thanks, I'm very happy with my boiler.

Chris and Jake arrived to fit my new boiler. Chris explained what he needed to do and they got on with it. The guys worked solidly and even though they encountered a couple of problems they were able to finish the job and explain how to use and re set the controls if needed. Well mannered and helpful guys. Cleaned up after the work was done and arranged for a scrap metal chap to collect what was taken out earlier in the day. Thanks to these two guys .Job well done. 😊👍
