They sent the wrong product. No reply to my emails nor through any of the other means of communications available on their website (chatbox, enquiry form). I tried to call them 3x on the number shown on the website and every time the call gets directed to a refrigeration company. Now trying to return the wrong product although I am worried that I won't be refunded either.
Absolutely a waste of time company. I ordered stuff to go away on holiday with me over 10 days ago and nothing. No replies from any way of getting hold of them. There phone puts you on hold and then cuts you off. I asked for a refund and no reply. I can’t wait to go for a visit when I go to Weston super Mare. Don’t waste your time or money using them. Shocking service.
Ordered and paid for twelve days ago, and it hasn't even been dispatched yet. Emailed an enquiry and receive excuses about a post-Christmas rush?!
Tried web chat; no answer. They have replied to subsequent queries but only with "We'll post it in a few days" -- when I paid for it 12 days ago. I will likely have to buy from elsewhere and pursue a refund.
Terrible.
Ordered a folding knife. Received a generic invoice with no dispatch details confirming when order will be dispatched or when I can expect the item. Contacted them via every medium provided with no answer on any. Finally had to go through the arduous process of disputing the charge. DO NOT USE CO.
I purchased a folding stool online, but it did not arrive. I contacted the company almost two weeks after the purchase to query when I could expect it, but received no response. Several days later i received an email stating "Order IGN#2483 was canceled because of unforeseen circumstances and your payment has been refunded."
