Thank you for your feedback. We have never had a problem with our corners being bendy as they are a very rigid and robust corner trim. However I will look into this matter and personally check all stock that is in our logistics department.

From the moment we first contacted Igloo with an enquiry Alberto could not have been more help sending out samples straight away. Once we placed an order for a three panel shower kit the goods arrived very promptly.
Some slight damage caused in transit was quickly put right so my installation was not delayed. Alberto and his colleagues are there at the end of the phone with any advice you may need and their main concern is that everything goes well for you the customer. First class company and a pleasure to do business with. Regards to all at Igloo from Dan and Jan.

5 Star Customer Service for a 5 Star Product
I love my new shower. The quality is fabulous, and the customer service is second to none. My builder had no trouble installing the panels and they look so good-I love the simplicity of all the clean lines, no tiles and grout to keep white and clean looking. It was so refreshing to work with a company that so obviously values its customers and works with you when you are in a time crunch. As there were some small hiccups along the way, I spoke with Alberto several times, and he actually called me when there was a problem with the delivery. It was all fine in the end, all on time and the panels fit in perfectly, but who does that these days? I definitely recommend them, 5 star service and 5 star quality at prices that don't have you remortgage your home. I wish I could say that for all the companies I dealt with during the building of our new bathroom. Doing such a major project in your home can be such a headache, and the last thing you need is snarky customer service reps giving you grief over any part of your order. With Alberto and Igloo Surfaces there was none of that, he made it so easy, and was so friendly and helpful to speak with. My shower panels were the easiest part of the build in the end. Thank you Alberto, and Igloo Surfaces, I can't say enough good things about you. Eventually I'd like to order more surfaces for my other bathroom and this will definitely be my go to company.

Excellent company, great service
This is the first time l have used Igloo Surfaces, l had a phone call from them to ask when l was available to receive the materials, which l found very helpful, material seems good, not fixed it yet but l was supplied with all the fixing bits l need.
I would certainly use this company again.
