IFX Brokers is a good company, they have decent spread. 100% deposit Bonus, with a minimum deposit of R50($3). When trading news, I open trades in less than 10 secs before news, I can't compare them to other local brokers like Alpha Markets, Vault or RCG that work with SA influencers to scam traders. I'm from Namibia, I receive my withdrawals within 48 hours.

I wish zero rating was an option. This broker has the worst customer support that I've come across. I submitted bank acc information to be verified but it kept getting rejected, yet the account is in my name. They also don't send you an email to notify you, you have to log in and check it and if you don't check, nothing happens. There is no follow up from support whatsoever. I sent emails and kept getting the same response. It is a useless and pointless exercise.

This broker is terrible is offerses bonuses when you make big profit during the news events they says you abusing bonus trading then they take your harlf of your bonus without agreement. So stay away from them

I tried to get assistance via customer care service regarding my account, as I would like to withdraws some fund's. Only to see that my bank account details had not been verified, when trying to get assistance regarding the issue, the customer care service lady kept on cutting me. So I raised my voice to tell her not to cut me off as she then got offended with a rude attitude. Also just wanted let people know when dealing with Lelanie Fouche from IFX brokers she had rude attitude and unprofessional behavior when dealing with the issue

They tell you they will be giving you a 100% bonus soon as you deposit it shows on your wallet and soon as you transfer it to your trading account it disappears on you with no trace. I tried to contacts them to try and get my bonus and they told me they don't know where my bonus disappeared to and told me they won't be giving me my bonus because I've already opened some trades and this happened to me twice now. The 100% bonus is a scam to lure people only to tell them they should've told them about the disappeared bonus before opening positions

After reading the reviews here I still decided to give them a chance even if they are being accused of market manipulation and all that .
I still decided to go in because of their welcome bonus and even that was a scam. NEVER GOT TO USE IT 😪
I recently started trading with IFX Brokers, lured in by their promise of a 100% deposit bonus. But when the moment came, they abruptly closed my trade, claiming I'd run out of deposit. I never even got to touch the bonus they dangled in front of me. What a letdown!

Manipulation factory. Don't trust these fraudsters. They not even subtle with their stop hunts. Compare trading view or any other broker to their new York session charts. You'll see the theft, as clear as day.

Ever since I joined ifx broker ,I never had any problems. I'm extremely happy with this broker.

An IFX consultant called me when will I deposit into my trading account because it's verified now and today I decided let me deposit. I have place about 8 0.01 lots sell stops for CPI it went up first and it shoot down like crazy so it should have active my sell stops but instead it got closed like why IFX broker why. I thought yall are a good broker but after this stunt you guys aren't going to see me again. I would not recommend this broker to anyone

I went to support to request them to delete my account,but the next day ,they locked me out of without any form of notification that my account has been deleted.

So they are refusing with my personal information these ones...

Watching Marc place his trades and trying to convince me to join IFX, he explains there deposit bonus just as he was explained on the call, he opens buys on Nasdaq or T100 and it sells, his margin is 66% when all of a sudden as the margin is about to shoot up they close all his trades and NULL his account.
His credit was R800 and credit allow to go to 30% margin plus he had a balance as well. So sickening and stressful and painful too watch, would never join them ever

He should expose his data and information to the public to show people what I witness along with more than 30 people in that meeting

as Soon as his orders close the market shot up in the way of his trades he places, Really robin hood conspiracy here

Really bad broker. Traded crypto, trade were far in profit and floating remained on zero. Have multiple screen recordings. Going to take them to the media with this. That's not all. On the opening of US session IFX markets reacts differently to other brokers. Very strange minipulations. Got proof of all of this. Sent them emails with the screen recordings and all they done is ask for my account number to rectify the issue they thought I wouldn't see. So from today onwards I need to warn as much people as I can and also report them to higher authority

This company is very unethical.

I tried placing a BUY trade three times before a major news announcement on 13 Dec. And all 3 times the order was blocked and would not execute

Then, as a test I immediately tried placing a SELL order to see if the system was down. But the SELL was immediately accepted and my account immediately blew.

How is it that the BUY was being declined but they accepted the SELL order. Sounds like a Robin Hood move all over again.

Unethical. I'mclosing my account. Will not be using this broker again
