If I could give them zero stars
If I could give them zero stars, I would. Six weeks ago, I bought a range from Best Buy for my tenant, who lives next door to me. First scheduled delivery - they were a "no show". Second scheduled delivery - they said the truck broke down. Third delivery - scheduled to arrive between 8:30 AM and 12:30 PM. Arrived at 7:50 AM - parked in the middle of the street, even though there was an open space directly in front of the house where this range was to be delivered. When asked to park at the curb, so not to block traffic, they refused. Sat in their truck for 10 minutes. Took photos of my very pregnant tenant standing on the porch of the delivery location, then told my husband he had an attitude and they refused to deliver the range and drove off. Sorry, Best Buy - with this experience - I am done. Most profound thing I can do is vote with my feet.
