Packaged well, shipped quickly and everything arrived beautifully in tact. So nice to not have to wait weeks and weeks, and then pay extra to import from the US!

Great brands, great pricing and great shipping. Such a great company for anyone who wants indie brands in Canada without the duties and shipping costs. Definitely buying more from them. Would 1000% recommend to anyone!!

Everything was perfect! I got the package with the eyeshadow palette and lip products I ordered within a few days of placing the order. It was securely packaged and all items arrived intact. This company has helped to bridge the gap for Canadians accessing indie makeup brands who deserve and need additional backing. Super happy with my purchase and 10/10 would buy from again!

I contacted you ask about coupon codes for new customers and they made one for me and I was able to get two palettes from different companies that I'd never heard of before. I love this inclusivity and cheaper shipping option and lovely customer service, fast shipping, products were packed well and undamaged :)

I placed my first order and within a few hours it was already shipped out! I would have received it next business day had I not entered my address incorrectly at checkout. Since the carrier was UPS I was able to contact them easily and they quickly updated the address so I received the package within 2 business days. I am super impressed at the speed of order processing and the owner is also very responsive via social media. I will absolutely continue to support this company as they expand out to other brands.

Great site and an amazing idea. I'm always wanting to try new indie brands but with shipping and duties, it just makes it so expensive for something you're not even sure you're going to love. I ordered a palette and received it in less then a week in perfect condition. I will be ordering again and hope to see more brands in the future.

I received a defective product. It was a significant manufacturing defect but it could not be seen until the product is opened. I advised I Feel Beautiful and the day after we had a resolution that was fair to me. The customer service was EXCELLENT and I felt like I was a valued customer. Will repurchase from this company again.

“I Feel Beautiful” had the palette I was looking for that was out of stock in other places. They are Canadian and located in the same province as me, so the shipping was very fast, and my order was packaged so carefully. The prices are in CAD and comparable to the USD pricing without exchange. I’d highly recommend this shop if you’re looking for high quality indie makeup at an affordable price.

I cant believe how fast I got my order! Only 6 business days (not counting weekends, I ordered on a holiday) for it to reach rural Nova Scotia! It came in immaculate condition and I didn't have to be waiting at the door with a credit card to pay duty! How awesome is that?

Great amazing experience

I couldn't be happier to finally have a place to shop indie brands here in Canada! International shipping has always been the deal breaker and shopping several brands all in one place is an absolute game changer. I would have spent at least 50$ to 60$ in total shipping costs to purchase my two palettes from each brand directly. I'm also impressed with how quickly new brands are added to the website and I can't wait to see what's next!

My overall experience ordering from I Feel Beautiful was very positive and I can’t recommend this business enough. Shipping was very quick and my items were packaged securely. There was a hiccup in delivery that caused a delay ultimately due to a miscommunication on the courier’s part (UPS) when my package was erroneously marked as delivered and should have been marked as available for pick up at my local UPS store. I initially panicked, thinking my package may have been delivered to a stranger’s door or that I may have been the victim of a porch pirate. When I reached out to see about next steps to take to resolve this, Dasha was quick to respond, empathetic and very helpful. She provided follow up in a timely manner and was very proactive at dealing with the shipper without my having to prompt or remind her. I am very impressed with the level of attention and care that was given to me as a customer and I would not hesitate to order again!

Amazing products!
The Ninhydrin palette exceeded expectations, gorgeous colours, goes on slightly creamy, great coverage.
The haunted palette has great glitter colours which I look forward to using.
I was a bit worried about how the palettes would arrive but they were extremely well packaged without the slightest issue.
Will be ordering from again in the future.

Being able to order multiple indie brands from one Canadian retailer is a dream come true. I’m really impressed that the prices are in line with buying direct but without having to deal with duties and expensive shipping costs. My order shipped out the same day I placed it, arrived quickly to Montreal and was packaged with care so delicate eyeshadows were in perfect condition. Im super happy with I FEEL BEAUTIFUL and I can’t wait to see what other brands they bring in next!

Glad to have found a Canadian distributor for international indie brands. I love supporting indie cosmetic brands that put the emphasis on quality and interesting shades or pallets, but the important tax is often quite high. In addition, charges by courier companies are not transparent, but people have no choice but to pay before even seeing if their parcels are safely delivered. So working with a Canadian distributor really helps remove a lot of the frustration. Their mark up and deliverable fee are very reasonable, cheaper than the grand total of what you would end up paying when buying directly from the brand's site. Delivery time is also reasonable. I would love I feel Beautiful to grow and carry more items from each brand, as well as taking on other good quality but pricey European cosmetics brands, like Sweed, Oden's Eyes and Lisa Eldridge.

Super easy and fast ! The customer service is amazing and the owner is so kind. I highly recommend this site to get indie cosmetics for yourself if you're in Canada. Absolutely no crazy shipping costs and no duty fees. I'm so happy this website exists. It takes a lot of stress off ordering from indie brands internationally and you can feel comfortable knowing there's no surprise duty fees that usually come with getting goods shipped to Canada. Highly recommend and I'm excited to order from them again

They shipped out my package only a couple hours after it was ordered. It arrived in a well packaged box that kept my palette safe during transit and made purchasing from indie brands significantly easier than their websites.

Won’t buy from any other site. Fast shipping that’s soooo much less than international/indie sites. Palettes are wrapped and padded safely. I can’t say enough positive things about IFB!
