Everything everyone has said is true. Over charging. Selling a product that is not what you’re buying. Upgraded charges for something that doesn’t exist. Customer service does not help. Contact phone number does not work. Do not buy. If anyone wants to sue these mfrs let me know. I am. Down!

It is very gratifying to buy an item, and to be able to verify that its quality is as indicated in the product, description thr company fully complied with the delivery time, thak you very much.

Received a product at least but different brand, a Fadingculture one.

Also was charged for a 4.0 that didn't even exist for the double of the amount.

And also received an unadvertised 39.99$ charge that wasn't expected.

So they sell the same product as Fadingculture overpriced and even with extra unexpected charges.

It's obvious that your organization doesn't value their customers that spend they're hard earned money on your products. You sent me a email stating I would receive ifade 2.0 and I didn't get it. You sent the 1.0 after 100% assuring me that I would receive the 2.0. Furthermore my refund for $39.99 still hasn't arrived. PLEASE REFUND THAT $39
99 and the $69.99 i paid for what I didn't get. I will gladly return this to you. This is absolutely horrible customer service. I will take legal action against you, if i dont receive a response or resolution. I have the emails, purchase order, and bank statements. To prove ifade has scammed me.

After 'buying' (upgrading is just bull___t!) months ago, and paying the 'upgrade fee' TWICE! ...these mongerals sent the cheap/nasty Version 1.
Despite FOUR emails ...no satisfaction.

(Off to the bank to cancel my card).

Its been almost three weeks and I am loving their trimer and the fade it provides. iFade is really game changer for me. 100 percent recomendable

I am pleasantly surprised with iFade.co! Their hair clipper has made fading much easier than I thought. The quality is fantastic, you can tell it is made from top of the line materials.
Plus, shipping was super fast, which is always appreciated. Since I received it, I have been using it daily. A great find!

The clipper is of high quality, very useful and it was shipped on time

SCAM. Luckily my bank stopped them charging me an additional $58 on top of the $75 i've already paid weeks ago. Watch out. Still haven't received my clippers either.

They got here quick and the clippers made my fade look great and were vey easy to use. I was pleasantly surprised as they were very inexpensive. They feel great in your hand and are high quality. I use them daily to keep my fade perfect.

Total SCAM SCAM SCAM BRUH!!!! Debated for like 2 weeks whether to purchase these clippers. Finally I said frick it! If it works like they're saying the 49.99 isn't bad it'll save money in the long run. HOWEVER!!! AS SOON AS YOU PURCHASE THE CLIPPER!!!! A screen pops up explaining to you that the clipper you just bought isn't that good and ONLY delivers proper fades 30% of the time!!! BRUH Remember!!!! They ONLY tell you this AFTER!!! YOU'VE PAID THEM!!! So then the kicker is they tell you BUT!!! We are offering you a better one our newest version which they mentioned NOTHING ABOUT PRIOR!!! And you can UPGRADE for 59.99!! Makes you think you're going to pay an additional 10 bucks being you've just spent 49.99 for the original one and you're ONLY upgrading!! Right? Nah Fam wrong!!! You accept and they charge you an additional 59.99!!! Plus the 49.99 you just paid. Makes ABSOLUTELY NO sense!!! Why have me buy a junk clipper than turn around and then have me buy ANOTHER supposedly better version so I'm getting 2!!! Clippers and one of them isn't even good? Why would I still want the inferior one of I've just upgraded to the"SUPPOSEDLY" Newer better one? Your purchase LITERALLY jumps from 49.99 at first!! To $120. I LITERALLY cancelled!!!! The order 5 mins!!! 5 mins!!! After I purchased!!! Sent them a cancel request through their site 3 times not even 10 mins after the purchase cause it seemed scammy and BRUH they STILL!!!!! TURNED around continued to charge me and sent me ONLY one clipper which was STILL what to me looked like the original version which they said was only 30% successful at fading. Company is shady AF. Customer service is non existent and their business practices should be illegal!! Do NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE!! No legit business would operate this was with the bait and switch type tactic to get you to buy a product they swear it's the best thing since pants wit pockets and sliced bread. I would NEVER EVER do business with these people again and I hope these reviews alert people how shady they are and prevent it from happening any further. I refuse to pay for a scam product and neither should ANYBODY else. The reviews saying they liked it either doesn't mind they got greatly overcharged and are just nutty or they're fake AF. IFade should be ashamed of yourselves! I'd rather you had put a gun in my face and took my money like that! 👊🏽
