I had a very negative experience with…

I had a very negative experience with this business and strongly advise others to be cautious.
I paid in full for my order, including shipping, at the time of purchase. After payment was completed, the seller contacted me demanding an additional “shipping fee,” claiming there was an issue with the address. The address provided was correct, and this claim appeared to be false and used solely to extract more money after the sale.
When I refused to pay extra for something I had already paid for, the business refused to reship my order or issue a refund. They even implied that the goods would be withheld or destroyed unless additional payment was sent, which is completely unacceptable and highly concerning.
Requesting extra payment after checkout, under threat of non-delivery, is deceptive and unprofessional. A legitimate business is responsible for delivery and logistics once an order is paid in full. Any issues should be resolved by the seller, not used to pressure the customer for more money.
I was forced to consider filing a chargeback and reporting the business to consumer protection authorities due to their refusal to honor the original purchase terms.
This experience was stressful and disappointing. I would not recommend this business to anyone and encourage others to be very careful before placing an order.

Dinosaur hat

I ordered a dinosaur hat for my grandson for Christmas in late November. It arrived last week. It was advertised as a 3D dinosaur on the front of the hat and his name in 3D on the brim. The dinosaur was printed only on the side of the hat, not in the front and my grandson's name was printed on the brim in very dark letters that were barely readable, NOT in 3D. You can't read his name unless you shine a light on it. Plus, this hat is huge, very big for a child.

This company is a complete scam.
I wish I had read reviews elsewhere before I purchased the item. Bought the item based off the picture advertised - a 3D FIGURINE.
I received a cheap flat piece of acrylic with a picture in it, with a piss poor, badly fitting stand that barely holds the item upright.
DOES NOT LOOK 3D AT ALL.
Seems many people have also been scammed the same way, from the pictures. They shouldn't use the words 3d at all - its not and in no way resembles it.
Typical cheap Chinese crap.
DONT BUY FROM THIS 'COMPANY'

This Company is a Total Scam !!!

This Company is a Total Scam !!!! Wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. The Advertisement and Photo States that the item is a Pixar Figurine, with a Photo to Make You Believe it. Then they request a Facial Picture, so the Figurine can be made to the Same Likeness. TOTAL B""""""T" !! What I received, was a Cheap Flat Plastic " Basically a Shrink Dink" picture that is just a Generic cartoon, with a Face that has No likeness to the actual photo I sent, complete with a cheap plastic base to set the Plastic Photo in. Plus it was Packaged So Poorly, that it arrived broken. Customer Service Response was. " If You Read the Fine Print in the Description, you will See we Stated it was a 2d item.😡. Didn't even question the fact that it arrived broken. Total Scam, with a Totally Misleading advertisement for the Product.. I just Hope People See this Review, and Stay Clear of this Company.

I originally thought I was getting a 3…

I originally thought I was getting a 3 dimensional figurine. But the price seemed a bit low for that. As I researched a bit after my purchase, I realized it was going to be a 2 dimensional product, which, considering the customization involved, seemed reasonable. The product arrived on time in great condition, and was absolutely wonderful!

Idorashop is a fraud

Idorashop is a fraud. They took my money right away and send my parcel after 3 months. It was a 2-d, very cheap picture. It wasn't not a bobble head. I looked nothing like my husband. When I asked them for a refund, they refused. Beaware, THEY ARE FRAUD

⭐ Warning to Western Customers – Misleading Photos, Poor Quality, and Extra Charges

I want to share my experience so others don’t fall into the same trap.

This shop looks like a Western website, and the payment system is set up in a way that makes you think it’s a normal UK/US/EU business. But the products are actually made and shipped from China, and the quality is completely different from what is advertised.

The item I ordered looked good in the photos, but when it arrived, it was nothing like the pictures. The product was badly made and couldn’t even stand stably, so it was not usable at all.

When I contacted them, they admitted that the photos on the website are “not exactly the same” as the real item and said we should “read the description.”
To me, this is a trap — the photos make you think you’re getting a quality product, but you receive something totally different.

Customer service refused to take responsibility. They used the excuse of “customised product” to avoid giving a full refund, even though the item was clearly faulty. They only offered a 50% refund and told me to keep the rubbish.

On top of that, because the payment is processed through PayPal, Western customers end up paying PayPal fees, and the shop doesn’t cover them — even though the issue is their poor product quality.

After checking Trustpilot, I realised many other customers had the same experience. This seems to be a pattern.

Here is what you should know before buying:

✔️ The website looks Western, but products come from China
✔️ Photos are misleading — real product looks nothing like them
✔️ They admit the pictures are “not exact”
✔️ Quality is very poor and items may not be usable
✔️ Faulty items only get 50% refund
✔️ Customers end up paying PayPal fees
✔️ Many people have similar complaints

Please be careful before buying from this shop. I hope this review helps others avoid the same disappointment.

Arrived broken

I ordered a product from Idorashop, but it did not resemble my brother at all and arrived snapped in half. I emailed them immediately and were told a replacement would be issued.

About 20 days later, I still hadn’t received any updates, despite multiple follow-up emails. Eventually, they said I could either get a replacement or 20% back. I made it very clear that I wanted either the item remade with the 20% compensation as promised, or a full refund — no compromises.

They then said the replacement (my “4A4” cat) would arrive within a week, so we’ll wait and see if that happens. Regardless, we will not be ordering from Idorashop again.

Overall, the product arrived broken, and the customer service has been slow, confusing, and unhelpful. Very disappointed with my experience.

The Shop Idora has the worst service I…

The Shop Idora has the worst service I have ever had in my life .
The order came for several months late and completely damages and broken into a small pieces , the package did not have any protection.
My order number 104930000003528 , the order was placed on October 2025 .
I was informed by a customer service that I should received a trucking number with the replacement order , however I never received a replacement order as well as a tracking number . The refund was never issued .

Not representative of advertised item

The product was not a good representation of the photo sent. The ad showed an actual figurine. We received a sheet of acrylic with the picture on it. The calendar was wrong, with wedding date on a Friday, not on the Saturday when they were married. I thought it would be cute, am embarrased to give it as a gift, due to the cheap quality. Fee.l this is a rip off.

My drummer "statue" was a flat piece of plastic

My drummer "statue" was a flat, 2 dimensional acrylic.
1. Product depiction shows them as 3D statues. Don't be fooled. They are NOT.
2. Product also arrived broken.
3. The picture they used was not mine. Did not resemble me whatsoever.

DO NOT waste your time and $$ here. You will be mightily disappointed if you do.

They don't make what they say they do

I have exchanged numerous emails with this company despite them getting back to you... the problem is that they don't make what the website advertises. There is no 3d figure Pixar style... I sent them a photo of two people standing dressed in their Lawyer robes after graduating law school.... what I got was a flat acrylic representation of one person seated infront of a sewing machine in a chair wearing bunny slippers??? Their answer to me is that they don't make that... they can only put a face on a preexisting backdrop. Well clearly that's not what I ordered :(((((

Unsatisfied customer

To whom it may concern, I have received my product today and I’m very unhappy with the results. The picture portrait was not what I ordered. I was miss lead and thinking that I was gonna get a statue figure. On top of all that the portrait is cut backwards. If you faced the portrait where you can actually read the writing on calendar or what it’s saying, the picture is distorted and it looks like it’s not a finished glossy side. The product is half finished on one side which looks dull and has scratches really hard to see the picture, and on the other side it is glossy and clear you are able to see the picture but unable to read the message because it’s reverse. I am requesting a full refund and instructions on how to send the product back.

Complete scam

Complete scam. You will pay through your credit card company which is run to paypal I filed a fraud report and got reimbursed by american express but the received an email allegedly from paypal that they can not help amer express with their investigation as I did file a complaint through paypal. When I go to paypal it states there is not any transaction to dispute.
