Excellent shop with great customer service and a big assortment

I have ordered 2 times now and both times they were quick to deliver (in the Netherlands). First time a mistake was made in the items I received. 1 email was all it took for Idea Vape to correct it. Excellent Customer service!
The items are wrapped very well. Even the boxes arrive unscathed.
The vapes are all yummie and great quality. I have ordered several different onces and not one disappointed me. Prices are very fair.
Will order again!!

Nice selection, lighting fast delivery, great price

There's a lot of variety, with really good prices. I've still yet to work out what the lanyard they include is for (as the rubber circle doesn't fit most of the vapes I've had - I thought maybe you put them in)

A lot of the ones I want are OOS though, would be good to have a "notify me when back in stock" option on the store page to get an email.

I placed my order on Tuesday and…

I placed my order on Tuesday and received it on Saturday.
That is far too long. Even ebay takes less time for delivery.
Also, I sent an email asking if they sell pods for the Vozol Switch and I never got a reply.

We are so sorry to hear that the parcel delivery not as quick as your expected. Normally takes 1-4 days for UK mainland delivery via DPD or Royal Mail, 6-10 days for EU delivery. We always dispatch parcels same day or next day if order placed after 13:00pm. We assume your parcel might be bit delayed by the carrier. If ok please contact us via email or web chat.

I've ordered with idea vape twice now all the products I have purchased have been quality well packaged I purchased the vozol gear amazing and they're very good at responding to emails if you have any questions would definitely recommend
