i was about to make a purchase thanks to all ppl who shared their experience.

Very poor communication and order handling - overall, the process felt unprofessional and unreliable.

I placed an order over three weeks ago and had to follow up twice just to get a tracking number. After the delay, I was told the shipment was damaged and the item is now out of stock. The seller claims a refund was issued, but provided no proof, confirmation, or transaction details.

STAY AWAY FROM THEIR ONLINE STORE AND ANY FAKE COPIES THEY MAKE! They have this store, and another called "Ideal True Value". Upon investigating their address and business phone number, it is ran by one person. The address links to an Ace Hardware store, which does not have any association to. This is an ongoing and running scam that is a fake e-commerce drop shipping/wholesale scam. I am in the process of reporting it to the FTC and BBB to get this company taken down and hopefully even the "CEO" for fraud.

Now why am I so angry? I ordered HUNDREDS worth of products, simply to not receive ANYTHING after many days. The phone number on their site doesn't ever answer. Their email customer support only answers to questions related to make them money, such as placing orders and anything that profits them. Yet ironically, they never respond to ANY inquiries regarding messed up orders, incorrect quantities received, canceling orders, or the most common, UNSHIPPED ORDERS AFTER SEVERAL DAYS!

To the CEO of this company who is reading this review (super unlikely because they have no online presence when it comes to reviews), I'm going to make sure you get what you deserve and get you arrested and your company taken down. Farewell.

Terrible service for on line order. Did not ship it for over 10 days and then sent it USPS. May have just as well sent it pony express. Took two weeks to arrive. Dont order from this store they are terrible.

This scam company took money out but never mailed out! Have to wait for paypal to review. Can't contact anyone. Do yourself a favor stay away from this scumbag company!

I ordered 8 of the 2 piece plastic Purple Martin gourds, gourds are held together by 1 screw near the top and the rest of the gourd snaps together, gourds will not stay connected together, I can only imagine how they will react to the sun should I get them to snap together, very dissatisfied customer, will not purchase from them again, I’m currently trying to find a way to attach to hold them together. 🥲😡😭

Waited for several days. Ph# listed at their site wouldn't let me through. So tootled around online and discovered another Ph # 870-304-9338. Is the proprietor's cell #. Once I connected with him, service was great and quick. He located the problem, and initiated a new order that I received within 3 days. Very satisfied at this point.

I cannot believe these guys. I am redoing my kitchen and per my contractor, I ordered an additional box of Satin Nickel drawer handles. I did not even open the packaging and tried to return it because we found out I did not need it. In trying to return it, they wanted to charge me an outrageous restocking fee. I just threw the handles in the garbage instead.

Super fast shipping!!! One month I'm waiting when will ship my orders....
