James arrived right on time and installed the new shower with the minimum of fuss, and we were most pleased with the shower and the standard of fitting and James left no mess at all, all in all it was a job well done.

We received an EICR from Thomas on a house we’re in the process of buying. He’s was super fast to schedule with the estate agent and homeowner and very reasonably priced.
The report itself was thorough and unearthed some problems in the house’s electrics which we were grateful to be aware of before buying the house. We called to ask for some points to be clarified and Thomas took the time to explain the issues, reasons and costs involved in detail. A very lovely guy and we feel confident we received the best service possible. Thank you!

Absolutely disgusted with the way it was all left

Had total power outage. Response was excellent.
He explained in simple terms, said if any further problems that he would try to sort it over phone.
Would recommend his professional service as excellent.

These guys have just completed a rewire of my new home in Formby. Led by Tom, the team of Josh, Dave, Grace and Ryan were all conscientious and the attention to detail and customer service provided by all was fantastic - to a high level unlike any other trades people (I didn't already know) I have previously worked with in almost 30 years of home ownership. Over the week it was almost like having friends round such was that care and attention to detail. I would not hesitate to recommend them and being newly returned to the area, I am more than happy to use their network of contacts for other work I need to get done. Top lads and girl !
