Complicated business structure required more effort
Our business structure is complicated. The loan process involved more steps and a longer loan process than we had hoped. Our Idea Financial team members stayed on top of the process and helped us to navigate through it. The 4 star review is not a 5 star review only for the extra time and longer process experience. Once we navigated through the process it took just a few day to receive our funding.

It appears you have been working with a third party prior to working with us and that resulted in some confusion about our product and process. We cannot control the information that is provided to you by third parties that you elect to work with. Instead, we strive to be accurate and informative and we always require a call with our clients prior to funding to ensure that they are aware of the way the loan works. While we are sorry that your experience was not ideal, this was not our issue.
