The sales called himself HW.
I was asking for quotation for zebra printer,
and have given out our machine requirements,
but despite we offered our identification,
he insisted that we are not a business,
and normal citizens are not authorised to buy
a printer, something that developed decades ago.

The service provided to us for our charity ID cards for Autism Early Support was excellent. Finlay went above and beyond in the quality and production of the required cards. Would definitely recommend you to others ! A superb company

I bought the printer about two or three years ago, but never really used it. At one point, I even paid for a support subscription, yet still found the printer hopeless and overly complicated. I had given up and was certain I would never recommend it to anyone. However, that all changed when James Oboye stepped in to help. His support was exceptional—he went above and beyond to get things working. Thanks to James, I’m now a very happy customer, and I’m truly grateful for his assistance.

The staff I dealt with at the ID Card Centre couldn't have been more helpful. The whole experience from start to finish in purchasing a system, delivery, help with configuration and ongoing support has been excellent. The team are always responsive and positive when dealing with for purchases. Recently I had a technical issue and again the same level of service was provided by Stephen and we discovered the issue quickly and resolved painlessly.

Great Service

Andrew Glenn was particularly helpful in providing us with SALTO KS fobs, will be purchasing again in the future.

I spent £958 under the pretence that I would be receiving a brand new printer. However, when it arrived it was clearly not brand new. The protective cover that the printer was in was ripped apart and damage, some of the labels had been removed and to top that off there was even rubbish in the box that it came in.

I tried to return this and organise a refund, however, they wouldn't refund it. Even though their website guarantees 100% satisfaction.

I have since reported this to the Trading Standards and would definitely not recommend.

Great for a start-up

We are a small team who needed some simple slotted ID cards made. We had our own designs so only used the printing service but they were fantastic. Had an actual (not digital) proof made within a day and had produced and shipped within a couple of days, really happy with service and quality of product.

This company has been great. Very helpful as well as resolving a supply issue that was out of their control.
I am a very happy customer and will use them again.
