Been using the ID Comfy Juniors for a few years now. They have changed the material of the pull up and they are horrendous! They split and rip within half an hour of wearing them and are not as absorbing as they use to be. Why change something that worked and that helped so many parents who needed these for their children. Will now have to find an alternative as they are expensive and having to use far too many in a day now.

This company used to be so reliable but since taking on large nhs contracts, normal customers who have been buying products for years are now faced with products being out of stock for weeks/months at a time. Obviously they are unable to meet demand, which begs the question, why take on contracts just to be out of stock and mess about loyal customers.

Good products but terrible service, especially as they cater for people with disabilities and health issues. Beware of becoming reliant on this company.

The website is frequently out of stock for weeks at a time but their official Amazon store has plenty of stock at a huge mark up.

No idea of their own stock levels. No idea how to find out their own stock levels. No idea how work a telephone. No idea how to update customers. No comprehension that people rely on them. No chance whatsoever of being fit for purpose.

Edit; eventually got an intelligent, helpful girl on customer services who worked out what had been going wrong and proceeded to put it right.
