For international returns, our standard return process requires the item to be sent back to our return facility with tracked shipping, followed by warehouse inspection before a refund is processed. We understand this can feel inconvenient, especially when international return costs are involved.
Because of that, we sometimes offer partial refund solutions as an alternative, so customers can avoid return shipping costs and long processing times. These offers are not meant to prevent a return, but to provide another possible resolution.
