I made a reservation and got an amazing rate. My car was taken immediately and there was no wait at pick up. The attendants were courteous and friendly. I park here often and I am always satisfied.

I booked my parking online and the…

I booked my parking online and the gentleman at drop off told me there will be an additional 19.50$ extra fee for an SUV. I had parked multiple times with the same car at various Icon parking locations and was never charged for an additional SUV fee. Additionally, the worker tried to charge me for overtime stay where my parking booked until 3 PM, and I got there and checked out at 2:57. After showing him proof of my booking time on the app, he nulled the extra overstay but still charged me for the SUV charge, which is unreasonable because it is not an oversized vehicle needing more than one parking spot.

Don’t trust your reservation

I made a reservation for an overnight on an extremely cold night in Brooklyn when I knew there’d be no parking spots due to huge snow piles everywhere. I paid. Then when I showed up at the time I reserved, the garage was closed. After calling the attendant several times, he emerged to tell me through the window that the garage was closed/full. I was completely screwed over and left in the literally cold.
