Great job
The facilities are clean. The employees are courteous and very good at their professions. It takes the stress out of going to Doctors visits knowing I have a parking spot in NYC.

Exceptional Garage & Staff
I have used this garage many times. It is my favorite when I will be in that area. The staff is always very nice and the garage is very clean. It is an easy in and out most of the time. I always make a reservation and pre-pay as it is a smaller garage. I always feel confident leaving my car there.

RUDE!!
Prepaid, arrived late night as stated in reservation, garage was closed and told no spaces left. When I asked for a refund, stated he “could make some room.” When leaving garage, owner told me “do not come back” due to the size of my SUV. I informed him that the online reservation stated the size of my SUV! To tell a customer to “not come back” is rude. How would you like it if none of your customers came back? You wouldn’t have an income, would you??

The rudeness is never the experience you should have at Icon! We always strive to make the booking process as easy as possible for you and are sorry to hear that you were unaware of our oversize vehicle fee. Please note that before our website allows you to finalize your booking, it is required that you acknowledge and accept our terms and conditions which states that an oversize fee will be collected at the location if your vehicle does not meet the standard requirement. The general rule that determines if a vehicle is oversize requires the vehicle to be 181 inches in length or longer, or, 65 inches in height or higher.
Absolute ripoff and scratched the side…
Absolute ripoff and scratched the side of my car. $81 to park my car for 2.5 hours and after leaving saw that they scratched the entire rear quarter panel of my car. Never again!

Drop off was smooth
Drop off was smooth, pick up took 15 minutes as there was only one person working and 4 people dropping or picking up.
My complaint is that the mirror and other settings were adjusted and not restored.

When we picked up the car at 11:30 at night, the attendant was fantastic and actually enhanced our evening. I wish I would’ve gotten his name give that man a raise just Check when we were there. It was November 1.

No sapce was available and I wasn't able to park. I booked in the morning to make sure I can park, NO ADVICE WAS GIVEN before my arrival. Very poor service

Nice clean place, a bit of confusion where I needed to show my reservation at drop off. I assumed when my license plate was scanned they would know because we were in the system already. Otherwise very friendly staff
