Great garage. Great service

Great location. Nice guys and easy in/out.

I was charged an extra $15.00 without being notified. When booked there was no mention of an extra charge. I’ve parked before in other Icon garages with this vehicle and never had to pay extra for a minivan. There’s was no signage as such or mention on the app.

I had no choice but to pay if not I would not get me vehicle. Very disappointed

You let me park unlike other garages that say my 22 maverick with a ladder rack is to big for their garage even though it’s shorter than height restriction

Helpful staff patient and empathetic - I was in NY for a lunch for a friend who passed suddenly and was feeling sad. The attendant noticed and took the time to wish me well and lifted my spirits. It was easy to park and my car was ready when I returned to the garage. Convenient location.

Yesterday, I had a prepaid reservation for

PREMIER PARKING, LLC, Between: 2nd Ave and 3rd Ave, Entrance: 203 E 61th St,

Parking Ticket # 561546

for (anytime 6am to 10 am) - 3:30pm, for $25.00. Due to terrible traffic getting in from New Jersey, I arrived at 10:30am. The attendant scanned my bar code, and did not say anything about me "being late".

Only when I came to pick up my car, was I told, by the cashier who says his name is Kelvin, that, because I arrived late, I would have to pay again. I was charged $43.16. And, it seems there was no adjustment for the $25.00 I already paid.

It would be a shame, after so many years of me always looking at Icon Parking first when I need to park, for me to park elsewhere from now on for my many trips into New York City.

Please refund the extra $43.16 that I was forced to pay to get my car back.

Garage was clean. Employees were very nice.

I paid in advance to reserve my spot and it wound up costing me more then if I paid without appt.

Efficient, professional service - easy in and out with pre-booking. Good facility.

I checked in around five with my prepared code, told the men that I would be back around eight thirty I picked my car no hassles nice & easy.
