Terrible Service
The level of disrespect we received was absurd. We stayed at a hotel that had a discount for overnight parking. We parked at Icon Parking and went into the hotel. Then, we talked to one of the guys who were taking care of the cars and explicitly said we wanted to use the car for 30 minutes and come back and asked if we would be charged. He said "no" and then proceeded to charge us later. He even said he would charge us 70 dollars if we couldn't get another receipt from the hotel. He could have just said we could not take the car out and that would not have been a problem. Unacceptable service - they were rude to us the whole time.

The parking garage was unavailable
The parking garage was unavailable even after I made a reservation! The elevator was broken and rendered the establishment off limits. I asked for a refund and was told to call corporate. Very frustrating beginning to the day!

Best garage in the area
I have been parking at this Icon location for five years. They switched management this year and the staff is amazing friendly, responsible, organized, and great drivers! I am greeted every day with a smile and it’s never a bother for them if I change times or come back as many times as I need. Out of all the garages in my neighborhood I chose this garage because of the staff. I am very happy with my monthly parking!

Prepaid for parking got to the garage…
Prepaid for parking got to the garage and was informed the elevator was not working and therefore could not enter. Tried calling the icon # but wasn’t able to even leave a message. Sent an email waiting for a response

I had paid reservation
I had paid reservation. There was no attendant there and I had to wait 20 minutes and then he refused to take my car as his lift was not working. I have only had amazing 5 star experiences with Icon parking except this one.

I pre booked and paid for parking for…
I pre booked and paid for parking for this garage. I arrived around 6:00 pm and was told the garage was closed when the website said they close at 12 am. I was unable to receive a refund.
