It worked out perfectly. The lot was just around the corner from my event and it was an easy in-and-out.

I didn’t use it. The garage was closed when I need it I need my money refunded.

I wish I saw the reviews before parking my vehicle there. One of the employees could not find my car key after that it went down hill from there. The same employee brought my car to me after he hit it on the wall. I did a walk through and saw the damage. I brought it to his attention and he stated he did not do that he just got here to start his shift. I stayed there asking for a manager and an incident report. He stated they do not provide those kind of documents. To just call the next day and speak with the manager. I took pictures of the damage while i was still there. The next day I called the manager and told him what occurred and he said come and see their cameras for the incident. I asked him do I need to bring anything he stated no just come and see the cameras. I told him my vehicle has its own camera and captured the whole incident and including the driver. When I arrive Henry pulled the camera footage and began patronizing me. He stated the car was only moved once and no one touched it so the damage was not from the lot. I told him I have camera footage of the car being moved at least three times. He only showed footage that were blurry and where the pixels were affected by the overhead light. Finally when I asked him to fast forward there was a clear indication of the damage he acted as if he did not understand me. After I allow him to play the game he designed. I showed him my camera footage. He then said well in order for me to do the incident I now need your car. I explicitly asked the day before what was needed and now that it was not advantageous he needs my vehicle. After seeing all the reviews on how aggressive he can be. I'm not returning I'll just bring my case to a lawyer to get the repairs done.
