Zoran, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We always strive to make the booking process as easy as possible for you and are sorry to hear that you were unaware of our reservation policy.
Please note that per our reservation confirmation, If you arrive before the reservation time, or, exit after the reservation time, you will be subject to pay for the time parked outside of your reservation. This is calculated automatically, and the payment will be required at the time of check-out.
Attendants were very nice and quick.

We prepaid using the Icon App
We prepaid using the Icon App. It was very confusing to be texted the separate ticket with a different amount due on it that also said payment due. There were actually several people confused and questioning it. I also did not seem to be discounted for the hotel validation that I gave them.

Dead car, terrible attitude
Pre paid for my single night parking. The attendants ended up leaving my car door open and draining all my battery. To the point where my car hard reset itself. Needed to relocate itself on gps satellite before I could leave. Then double charged me before they let me leave. When I left early from my reservation. Place is a rip off and won’t treat your car well at all. Asked why every single light was on in my car and all they said was I owed them more money and it’s not their problem. Will not be returning

Couldn’t find the parking garage
Couldn’t find the parking garage! The gps brought me else where !
*reply- I never made it to the garage after I couldn't find the location and parked else where, I was unable to cancel or refund.

I was in Times Square for the long…
I was in Times Square for the long weekend. I was charged 2X when I picked up my car on 26 May 2025. I pre-paid for the reservation and I paid again for the second time when the attendant said $60 when I picked my car. The attendant couldn’t refund me for the cost when I told him I prepaid for the parking reservation. I tried using my app to cancel the prepaid but I was not able to. There should be a way to ask for a refund.

Convenient for our stay!
We parked here for four days while staying at a nearby hotel. It was great to not worry about the car - we walked and took cabs as needed. Glad we booked the parking ahead of time.
