I didn’t receive any email for my…
I didn’t receive any email for my reservation but they still charged me for my reservation. I find that to be completely unprofessional typically parking garage send you a QR code via text or email which is what I requested. I didn’t receive either but again I still received a charge on my credit card for the parking. I wound up parking at a different lot what I didn’t receive my confirmation via email so therefore I paid for parking two garages, but only actually parked in one which wasn’t an icon lot.

I always have a great experience with…
I always have a great experience with Icon parking . Reserve my spot beforehand usually online on the day of my reservation I pull in show the attendant my reservation and everything is good to go. Never a hassle.

Christmas Eve reservation cancelled without warning
Booked a reservation at your 20 East 39 St location in NYC. The reservation was for 6pm to 9:30pm. Upon arrival attendant said he was closing at 8:30 despite my having a prepaid reservation and the signage said closing was 10pm. He couldn’t push me out quick enough suggesting I find another Icon location who may or may not accept my already paid for reservation. I get closing early on a holiday but then don’t take a reservation. I was left frantically looking for another location which caused me to get my dinner reservation late.

I read bad reviews about parking garages in NYC, but we had no trouble here. We reserved the spot online, we were able to drop off right away and pick up 10 hours later without waiting. The location was super convenient, and our car was just as we left it.
